AbstractCurrently,thediversityofemployeeshasbeenarising.Globalizationandtechnologycauseddramaticallyexternalcompetitionwhichleadedtoadjustmentoftheemployer-employeerelationshipinorganization,thatistotransfertheemploymentpatternfromsustainablelifetenuretoflexibleemploymentrelation.Theconsiderableadvantageofemployinginformalstuffsistohelpenterpriseacquirelaborefficiencyandtoimprovecompetitiveedge.Nevertheless,lageramountsofproblemscanbeinvolvedinduetotheexistenceofnumerousinformalemployeesinorganizationsuchaslackoffidelitytothecompany,negativeimpactof“unequalpayforequal”onmotivationofinformalemployees.Althoughthereare16%-18%informalstuffsoftotalworkgroupsinrecentjobmarket,westilllimitedlycometounderstandthem.Perceivedinsiderstatusrepresentingqualityindexoforganization-memberemploymentrelationisasignificantfactortomakeemployeesperceivethemselveswhetherisanoutsideroraninsideroftheorganization.Differentemployeeshavedifferentperceivedinsiderstatusandthelattercouldinfluencethebehaviorandattitudeofemployees.However,thesedaystherearestillfewresearchesonPISofdifferentemploymentrelationshipandmechanism.Creativityistheessentialfactortodriveorganizationtosucceedindynamicbusinessenvironment.Forinformalemployees,intrinsicmotivation,psychologicalclimateandindividualexpectationsoftheindividualmechanismsarenotsufficienttoexplaininnovativebehavior.ThisstudymakesanattempttoexplaincreativityfromthePISperspective.Firstofall,thisstudyintroducerelativeconceptionsoftheemploymentrelation,definitionofformal/informalstuffsandinfluenceofemploymentrelation;commentateonthedefinitionandformationofPIS;mainlydiscussthepredictorsandmechanism.Secondly,wepresenttheresearchmodelbasedonliteraturereviewandputforwardresearchhypothesis.Finally,thispaperconductsempiricalresearchanddataanalysisaswellasmakesfurtherexplanationsaboutquestionnairedesign,operationaldefinitionofvariablesandvariablemeasurement.Moreoverwecarryoutthefurtherstatisticanalysisoftheexamples’recallandbasicinformation,testreliabilityandvali
