ABSTRACTABSTRACT：Thereasonableplanningofthelocomotivemaintenancelayoutisoneofthemainparts,andalsoanimportantpartintherailwaytransportationproductivitylayoutofShenhuaGroup.Scientificandreasonablelayoutofthelocomotivemaintenancelayoutisrelatedtoimprovingthelocomotiveoperationefficiency,optimizingtheresourcesdistributionofrailwaytransportation,andmaximizingtheeconomicbenefitsonrailwaytransportationofShenhuagroup.ThispaperaimsattheresearchonlocomotivemaintenancelayoutofShenhuaGroup,underthebackgroundofactivelypromotingtothelocomotiveecxtendedroutingandthesystemofchanginglocomotivecrew,reformingthelocomotiverepair-classandrepair-system,andadjustingthelocomotiveequipmentlayout.Firstly,thispaperintroducesthetheoryofthelocomotivemaintenanceandtheanalysisofrepair-class,repaire-systemandthereasonablelayoutofthelocomotivemaintenance.Secondly,reasonablypredictandelucidatetothelocomotiverouting,thelayoutoflocomotivedepots,andimprovingthelocomotiveequipmentoftheGroupintheplanningyear(2015and2020),withanalyzingtheconditionofexistingrailwaylinesandmaintenanceequipmentofShenhuaGroup.Then,putforwardtheschemesonthelocomotivemaintenanceandservicing,andanalyzeandcomparetheeconomicbenefitsofeachschemebyanalyzingtheexistingproblemsonthelocomotivemaintenancelayoutinthecurrentGroup.Finally,theresultsofthefulltextaresummarizedandputforwardtheplanningadviceaboutthelocomotiveoverhaullayoutofShenhuaGroup.KEYWORD:locomotivemaintenance;locomotiveservicing;locomotiverouting;ShenhuaGroup;productivitylayout.CLASSNO：ii目录中文摘要.............................................................................................................................IABSTRACT......................................................................................................................II1绪论................................................................................................................................11.1论文研究的背景和意义......................................................................................
