四川省民营企业经理人角色压力与工作满意度关系分析-analysis on the relationship between manager role pressure and job satisfaction of private enterprises in sichuan province
存在显著负相关关系:即角色压力对工作满意度产生显著负向影响;(2)四川省民营企业经理人内外控人格特质对工作满意度存在显著正相关关系。即经理人内外控人格特质对工作满意度产生显著正向影响;(3)四川省民营企业经理人内外控人格特质与经理人角色压力的交互项对工作满意度有显著负向影响。即经理人内外控人格特质对经理人与工作满意度之间有调节作用。基于以上结果,本文主要提出如下建议:(1)四川省民营企业重视并采取措施缓解经理人的角色压力是解决经理人满意度问题的重要手段;(2)四川省民营企业经理人应重视对自我角色压力的认知,学会释放压力、有效沟通;(3)四川省民营企业经理人应拥有正能量,改变个人认知的方式,积极地面对问题和压力。关键词:四川省民营企业经理人角色压力内外控人格特质工作满意度AbstractWiththeimprovementofprivateenterprisesystemofseparationofownershipandmanagement,thegrowingnumberofprivateenterprisesbegantoemployalargenumberofprofessionalmanagerstomanagethecompany.Thesemanagersexistindifferentpartsoftheorganization,thedifferentlevels,theformationofthecompanyscorebackbone,contributetothedevelopmentofenterprises.However,inrecentyears,thecasesthatthemanagerswerecrushedappearfrequently,becausetheycannotstandthepressure,sowehavetoreflectonwherethestresscomefrom,howtoreducestressformanagers.Throughtheliterature,wefoundthatinnumerouspressuresource,theroleofpressureisthemainsourcesofstressforChinesemanagers.Theexistingresearchbothathomeandabroadfortheantecedentsandconsequencesoftheprivateenterprisemanagersrolestressandithascarriedonthebeneficialconsequences,however,ontherelationshipbetweentheinternalrolestressandpersonalitytraits,aswellasitsrelationshipwithjobsatisfactionremainstobefurtherimproved.ThisresearchdiscusstherelationshipbetweenrolestressandjobsatisfactionaccordingtodifferentpersonalitytraitsofprivateenterprisemanagersinSichuanProvince,anditbenefitstotheenterprisetoadoptscientificmanagementmethodsaccordingtodifferentpersonalitytraitsmanagers,soastoguaranteethedevelopmentofenterprises.Thearticlemainbodyisdividedintofourparts.Firstofall,theliteraturereviewexpoundstheconceptofprivateenterprisemanagersrolestressandclearthattheresearch’sobjectisthemanageroftheprivateenterprisesinSichuanProvince.Second,buildingtheresearchmodelsofthemanagersrolestress,locusofcontrolandjobsatisfaction.Again,checkingthescalereliabilityandvaliditybasedonthebasisofresearchmodelinvolvingvariable.Finally,byanalyingtherelationshipamong
