AbstractDiode-pumpeddisklaserhastheadvantagesofhighefficiency,highpowerandhighbeamqualityatthesametime.Soitisanimportantdirectionforthedevelopmentofsolid-statelasers.DuetotheuniqueadvantagesofdiskYb:YAGcrystal,disklaserscouldachievehighrepetitionrate,highpeakpowerandhighbeamqualitypulsedlaseroutput.Thesismakethetheoreticalanalysisforcontinuousacousto-opticQ-disklaserhighbeamqualityoperationandstabilityofthecavity.Wemaketheoreticalanalysisandexperimentalresearchforhighrepetitionfrequencypulsestabilityandadjustableindependentlyoutputpulsewidth.FirstlydidacertaintheoreticalanalysisfortheVcavityandsimulatedthermalfocallength,endoscopicradiusofcurvatureandthearmlengthandotherfactorsonthefundamentalmodespotandthestabilityoftheresonator.Thencalculatedquasi-threelevelcrystal’sphotonnumberandinversionbasedontheequationforaQ-rate.Nextwesimulatedtheoutputcharacteristicsoflaserpulseareonthebasisoftheoreticalcalculations.Focusonacousto-opticQprocessappearedthepulseinstabilityaswellastheincreasedinstabilityofthepumppowerdensityhigherstartingfrequency.OnthisstudywecanadjusttheoutputpulsewidthwithinacertainrangeontheconditionofcertainpumppowerdensityandacertainrepetitionfrequencybychangingQ-switchopeningtime.Thislaidthefoundationforthesamepulsewidthundertheconditionofdifferentrepetitionfrequencies.Finallymadesomeexperimentalstudyontheacousto-opticQ-switchdisklaser.Theexperimentalresultsdemonstratedunstablestartingfrequencyoftheoutputpulsesincreasedwiththepumppowerdensityincreasedundertheconditionsofacertainrepetitionfrequency.Buttheincreasedspeedisgettingslowerandslower,finallytheunstablestartfrequencyvaluewillslowlystabilize.Alsoprovedthatundertheconditionsofacertainpumppowerandrepetitionfrequency,pulsewidthcanbeadjusted.WiththeQ-switchedopenslowlyincrease,thepulsewidthisalsoslowlyincreasedandfinallystabilized.Keywords:Solid-statelaserYb:YAGcrystalAcousto-opticQ-switchedRateequation目录摘要................................................................................................
