万方数据 万方数据 摘 要 本文以锦州石化公司(以下简称公司)为例，在介绍石化行业概况、石化工程项目特点， 进而明晰项目管理系统研究的目的、意义、内容和组织结构的基础上，阐述了项目管理系统的 含义、基本功能、能力特性及国内外研究现状，分析了公司外部环境、项目管理现状、项目管 理系统目标及系统功能需求，并围绕系统功能设计、系统总体设计和局部呈现这一研究核心， 在确立包括系统设计依据、系统设计构想、标准化模板设计在内的基本框架设计的条件下，较 为详尽的进行了系统功能设计和总体设计，同时进行了系统功能局部呈现，其中，系统功能设 计从公司项目运行和工程建设的实际需要出发，具体分为项目人力资源管理、项目进度管理、 项目质量管理、项目 HSE 管理、项目成本预决算管理、项目物资采购管理、项目资料档案管理 等模块，这样就能够以公司现有运行成型的管理系统和网络办公系统为基础平台，通过七个系 统模块的研究与搭建，从而建成公司项目管理系统这个大平台，解决项目标准化管理、项目系 统控制和项目技术服务等问题，使公司项目管理工作达到一个新水平和上升一个新高度。 此外，在建立项目管理系统基本框架的前提下，对七个系统模块的设计和构思，充分考 虑了系统功能呈现这一最终目的，既有系统功能阐述和系统设计内容，也有管理功能图和系统 图，从而为公司项目管理系统的开发与搭建作出了积极有益的尝试。 关键词：项目管理系统，系统模块设计，项目施工，成本控制，系统局部呈现 ABSTRACT This Paper, in case of Jin Zhou Petrochemical company (referred as company),through introduces the general situation of petrochemical and petrochemical engineering project characteristic, so that clear the purpose of the project management system study, significance, content and organizational structure, on the basis of this paper expounds the meanings of the project management system, basic functions, characteristics and research status at home and abroad, analyzes the external environment, the situation of project management and project management system goal and system functional requirements, and system function design, system overall design and partial core, the research on the design including system is established on the basis of standardized template design, system design idea, basic framework, design conditions, a more detailed has carried on the overall design, system function design and the partial rendering system function at the same time, among them, the system function design project from the company operation and the actual need of engineering construction, concrete can be divided into project human resource management, project progress management, project quality management, project HSE management, project cost budget management, project material purchasing data files management, project management module, this can be run at the c
