AbstractThree-dimensionalprintingisapopularrapidprototypingtechnologyatpresentbyusingavarietyofmoldingmaterials.Thereforeitdevelopsrapidlyandiswidelyused.Currently,thereareveryfewstudiesontheproductionofthree-dimensionalprintingequipment.Itisofgreatsignificancefortheapplicationofthree-dimensionalprintingtechnologyinthetraditionalmanufacturingthesmalltabletsbutwithcomplexstructureandotheraspects.Todeveloptheproductionof3DPtechnology,weneedtosolvetheproblemsof3DPtechnologyformingqualityandformingefficiency.Throughtheresearchon3DPformingmechanism,itstudiestheinfluenceofprintresolution,printspeedandmoldingtimetoformingqualitytodeterminethespecificationsof3DPrapidforming.Thepapercombinestheneedfortabletproductionbasedonthistoputforwardthegeneralconceptionof3DPdevicestocertainproductionefficiencyandformsasetof3DPtestsystems.Repeatedlycarryoutproductionandtestsbytheformulationsbasedontheself-developed3DPsystem,andimprovethestructureandfunctionofthedevicetodeveloptheexistingformulationsofprintformingaccordingtothetestresults.Theimprovedtestequipmentcanprintentityofgoodqualitywithahighformingaccuracyandcanprintonamassscaleastheexpectedproductionefficiency.Thisprovesthefeasibilityoftheprogramoftablet-production3DPsystem;italsohasacertainreferencevalueandsignificancefortheresearchontheproduction-oriented3DPtechnology.Keywords:TabletManufacturing,3DP,PowderMixtures,ProcessParameter,Production-OrientedDevice目录摘要.....................................................................................................IAbstract..................................................................................................II目录..................................................................................................III1绪论..................................................................................................11.1课题背景、目的及意义..........................................................11.2三维打印概况.........................................................................21.3本文主要研
