AbstractTheuniquedesignofdisklaserpermitssmallheateffect,highconversionefficiency,highoutputpowerandgoodbeamqualitysimultaneously.CombinedwiththeQ-switchedtechnology,wecanachievehighpower,highrepetitionfrequency,highenergyandhighqualityoutputpulse.Thetechnologyofdisklaserisnotmatureatpresent,andthereareseldomresearchesaboutacousto-opticQ-switcheddisklaser.Soitisnecessarytoanalyzeandresearchacousto-opticQ-switcheddisklaserfurther.ThisthesisfirstanalyzedthepropertiesofYb:YAGcrystal,andthedifferentperformanceswhichcomparedwiththeNd:YAGcrystaloncrystalenergylevelstructure,thensumedupthetemperatureinfluenceofonYb:YAGcrystal.ThisthesisanalyzedthepumpingprocessandoscillatingprocessinQ-switchedprocessonthebasisofrateequation,andcalculatedphotodensityandinvertedpopulationaboutquasithree-levelwithfastQ-switch.WeestimatedoutputparametersofQ-switchedYb:YAGdisklaser.Animportantparameter-diffractionefficiencywasderived,andformulasoffourdifferentconditionsinacousto-opticQ-switcheddisklaserweregiven.Basedonthetheory,theexperimentwascarriedout.Intheexperiment,wegot42WQ-switchedpowerwiththerepetitionof10KHz,andtheresultswerecomparedwiththesimulation.Wefoundthatthepulsewidthwasbiggerasthepumpingpowerincreased,anditwasnarrowerastherepeatfrequencyincreased,andtheoutputpowerdecreasedasrepeatfrequencyincreased.Weanalyzedthetheoryagain,andbuiltthemodelofslowQ-switch.Thesimulationofnewmodelwasabletocorrelatetheobservationsofourexperiment.Keywords:DisklaserAcousto-opticQ-switchedRateequationSlowQ-switch目录摘要..................................................................................................................IAbstract................................................................................................................II1绪论1.1研究背景..................................................................................................(1)1.2国内外进展..............................................................................................(2)1.3本论文的工作内容..............................
