颞骨解剖训练;训练准备;训练准备;It’s important that the middle fossa plate (MF) and the sigmoid sinus (SS) plate are identified at the beginning of the mastoidectomy, since they define the margin of the area to be drilled. The cavity should be saucerized.;Removal of the bone from the area posterosuperior to the meatus opens the antrum (A) . The middle fossa plate (MF) is followed anteriorly toward the area superior to the meatus. ;The sinodural angle (SDA) has been opened. The arric is opened from the mastoid by extending the cavity anteriorly following the middle fossa plate. ;The facial bridge is removed, the chorda tympani is saccrificed and the facial ridge is fully lowered, the cavity is completely saucerized.;LP;The posterior canal wall has been drilled and the tympanic membrane and ossicular chain removed. The facial nerve is skeletonized. The medial wall of the tympanic cavity is fully seen in the open cavity. The needle is pointing to removal of the footplate. The tympanic segment of the facial nerve runs beneath the needle. ;In the same specimen, the area inferior to the cochlea and the eustachian tube has been drilled. Retrofacial cells were driled toward the area of the jugular bulb, leaving the facial canal as a bony bridge. The carotid artery is seen under the thin, transparent, bony coverage.;The carotid artery has been exposed. The artery runs just anterior to the apex of the cochlea, and inferomedial to the eustachian tube. The jugular bulb is seen medial to the facial nerve and posterior to the carotid artery.;A mastoidectomy has been carried out and the posterior canal wall is thinned. The sigmoid sinus and the middle fossa dura are exposed posteriorly and superiorly, respectively. Perilabyrinthine cells have been removed and semicircular canals are skeletonized. The facial nerve runs near the posterior canal wall. ;;Through posterior tympanotony the stapes superstructure and the incudostapedial joint are seen( ).the second genu of the facial nerve is lacate
