8a-1.00 GENERAL
8a-1.00 总则
8a-1.01 All hotels must have a minimum size ballroom of 5,000 square feet (465m),
divisible into a minimum of three sections. Total function area (meeting rooms
and ballroom) shall be a minimum of 7,500 sq. ft (697m) .
所有酒店必须设有面积最小为465 平方米的宴会厅,至少可分为三部分。整个功能区(会
议室和宴会厅)的最小面积应为697 平方米。
8a-1.02 Public access to the ballroom shall be directly from the main prefunction
area. Prefunction area should be approximately 35% of the ballroom area.
在主宴会前厅应提供通住宴会厅的公用通道。主宴会前厅应为宴会厅面积的35%左右。
8a-1.03 Guests and visitors should arrive at the ballroom via the ballroom
lobby/prefunction area from the guest elevators, public corridors or a separate
ballroom street entrance.
客人和来访者可从客人电梯、公用走廊或独立的宴会厅街道入口,再经过宴会厅大堂/
宴会前厅区到达宴会厅。
8a-1.04 When the ballroom is not located on the ground floor of the hotel, a
grand staircase and/or escalators and/or separate elevator(s) leading from the
street entrance to the ballroom level is suggested.
如果宴会厅不在酒店首层,建议通过正面大楼梯和/或手扶电梯和/或独立的手扶电梯从
街道入口通往宴会厅楼层。
8a-1.05 Barrier-free access to the ballroom is required.
应设有通往宴会厅的无障碍通道。
8a-1.06 The ballroom and a majority of the meeting rooms must be on the same

level. Locate ballroom and meeting rooms on the same level as the main kitchen
when possible.
宴会厅必须和主要的会议室在同一楼层。尽可能将主厨房设在与宴会厅和会议室同一楼
层。
8a-1.07 Direct access via service corridor must be provided from the kitchen
or ballroom pantry for food and beverage service to the ballroom. This access
