东华大学硕士学位论文 夏季纯棉针织面料的抗紫外线整理及性能研究  PAGE 3 线性能、透气性、透湿性、液态水传递性及柔软度的最优整理工艺条 件。并且得到综合效果最优的整理工艺条件为：浓度 50g/l，溶液温 度 70℃，焙烘温度 110℃，经该条件整理后，织物 UPF 达到 28.96， 对紫外线三个波段的透过率 T%6.7%，达到了澳大利亚/新西兰标准 中“较好防护”的等级。并且在服用性能方面，除透气性略有下降外， 织物的透湿性、液态水传递性及柔软性均得到了改善。最后对整理前 后试样表面的扫描电镜测试可以看出，整理后纤维表面有许多小颗粒 状附着物，说明整理剂已经有效的整理到了织物上，其形成了一层抗 紫外线保护膜。 关键词：抗紫外线性能，纯棉针织物，整理工艺，服用性能  PAGE 4 STUDY ON UV PROTECTION FINISHING AND WEARING PROPERTIES OF KNITTED COTTON FABRIC FOR SUMMER CLOTHING ABSTRACT Ultraviolet radiation is one kind of electromagnetic wave radiation, accounting for 6% of the solar spectrum, its wavelength range from 200nm to 400nm. International Commission on illumination (CIE) divided it into ultra violet A, ultra violet B and ultra violet C. The moderate amounts of ultraviolet irradiation can improve immunity, prevent some disease, but too much irradiation may cause harm to human health. The atmospheric ozone layer can absorb all UVC and part of the UVB and UVA. Recently, as environmental pollution is becoming more and more serious, ozone layer has been destructed, over Australia and New Zealand even appeared the ozone hole. Too much irradiation has been threat to the health of local people. Clothing can protect the skin, so it’s important to develop the UV-protective clothing. Thin knitted cotton fabrics are widely used as summer clothing fabrics because of high comfort. The UV protection properties of thirty kinds of knitted fabrics used for summer clothing fabric were tested and analyzed. It was found that the color of the fabric had great effect on fabric UV protection properties and both the fiber type and fabric structure also had some effect on fabric UV protection properties. The fabric color was deeper, the fabric was thicker and tighter, the fabric UV protection properties were better.
