I I PAGE PAGE IV 新疆地区 23 种饲料营养成分及其瘤胃降解特性比较研究 摘 要 本研究主要由基础营养成分测定、酚酸的测定以及瘤胃尼龙袋测定干物质、粗蛋白、中性洗涤 纤维与酸性洗涤纤维瘤胃降解率组成。 1 实验对 23 种采自新疆地区的饲料干物质（DM）、有机物（OM）、粗蛋白（CP）、粗脂肪（EE）、 中性洗涤纤维（NDF）、酸性洗涤纤维（ADF）、钙（Ca）、磷（P）、香草酸（VA）、原儿茶酸（PRA）、 阿魏酸（FA）以及香豆酸（PCA）含量进行了测定。结果表明，葵花饼中 CP 含量最高（26.74%）； 菊花粉中 EE 含量最高（21.57%）；4 种棉籽壳、麦秸以及玉米秸中 NDF 含量均达到 80%以上；棉 籽壳 1、棉籽壳 2 以及棉籽壳 3 的 ADF 含量在 62%左右；苜蓿中 Ca 含量最高（1.68%）；菊花粉中 P 含量最高（0.95%）；葡萄籽粕中 VA 与 PRA 的含量最高（13.78%,9.15%）；甜菜颗粒粕中 FA 含量 最高（93.04%）；辣子粕与番茄渣的 PCA 含量达到 80%以上。 2 在本试验条件下，通过尼龙袋法与实验室化学分析测定结果表明，从统计分析看出，饲料 DM、 CP、NDF、ADF 在瘤胃内各培养时间点的降解率差异均显著。从数值上看辣子粕的 DM 瘤胃降解率 以及 a 值最高；萃取前薰衣草 DM 在瘤胃内的 c 值较高；饲料 DM 在瘤胃内的有效降解率为 16.57%~60.75%。苜蓿 CP 在瘤胃内的降解率以及 a 值最高；番茄渣 CP 在瘤胃内的 c 值最高；CP 在 瘤胃内的有效降解率为 21.29%~86.82%。淘汰番茄渣 NDF 在瘤胃内的降解率最高；M3 中 NDF 在瘤 胃的 a 值最高，辣子粕 NDF 在瘤胃内的 c 值最高；饲料 NDF 在瘤胃内的有效降解率为 7.35%~46.14%。 甜菜渣 ADF 在瘤胃内的降解率最高；M3 中 ADF 在瘤胃的 a 值与 c 值最高；饲料 ADF 在瘤胃内的 有效降解率的在 4.33%~42.25%。 3 通过饲料有效降解率与各酚酸相关性分析可知，PCA 与饲料 DM、CP、NDF 有效降解率呈正相关； VA、PRA 与饲料 DM、CP、NDF、ADF 的有效降解率呈负相关；FA 与 DM、CP 有效降解率呈负相 关，与 NDF、ADF 有效降解率呈正相关；当饲料中酚酸含量与饲料降解率呈正相关时，有利于饲料 在瘤胃内的降解，当饲料中酚酸含量与饲料降解率呈负相关时，将不利于饲料在瘤胃内的降解。 关键词：尼龙袋法；营养价值；酚酸；瘤胃；有效降解率 Comparative assessment of nutrient compositions and ruminal degradation characteristic of 23 feeds in Xinjiang Abstract This experiment consisted of chemical analysis of basic nutrients,the determination of phenolic acids and degradation parameters of dry matter and crude protein,neutral washing fiber and acid washing fibers measured by nylon bag technique.
