PAGE PAGE III ABSTRACT statistical analysis on some related elements of current situation of college students entrepreneurship come from students, universities, government and society in four aspects, performance as,money, entrepreneurship quality, employment conception, entrepreneurial orientation, family background and other problems of himself / herself; and the college do not pay enough attention to enterprise education, enterprise guidance service is not perfect, the teaching way to be innovative, major setting not reasonable, etc; the support policies of government on college students entrepreneurship is lack of unity, the support strength is insufficient, lack of special department responsible for the work, the financing channel is single, financing environment needs further improvement, social atmosphere to support entrepreneurship is not strong enough, etc. On the basis of analysis of college students entrepreneurship, explore the basic routes choice and countermeasures of college students entrepreneurship successfully, that is ,creating new enterprise, franchising and concept innovation mode. And propose countermeasures from the college students, universities, government and social four aspects .
