重庆大学硕士学位论文中文摘要 重庆大学硕士学位论文 中文摘要 I I 摘 要 随着我国经济的发展，企业愈来愈多地参与到国际竞争当中，创新是企业竞 争的核心力量，企业的研发活动所获得的创新成果，为企业赢得竞争奠定了物质 基础，技术创新是一个国家不断进步的源动力，RD 活动在技术创新中起着关键 性的作用，是企业提高竞争力的主要途径和策略性手段。 网络外部性是网络经济的一个本质特征，随着网络经济和高科技产业的发展， 越来越多的产业呈现网络外部性特征，网络外部性作为一种具有需求方规模经济 的特殊市场结构形式，在其研发活动、市场竞争、消费者行为以及社会福利效应 与传统市场有所不同。 本文首先对网络外部性条件下 RD 活动的相关文献进行回顾，主要包括企业 创新活动中溢出效应和吸收能力对 RD 合作效应的影响。技术联盟作为一种社会 经济现象已经成为企业技术创新的重要策略，为了深刻揭示网络外部性条件下联 盟内竞争企业的知识溢出、吸收能力、研发方式、研发投资之间的关系。提出三 阶段博弈模型，第三章抓住 RD 活动中知识溢出和企业对外部知识的吸收能力两 个特征分析了对 RD 合作效用的影响。知识的不对称的 RD 合作研究的根本动 力，知识溢出是企业选择合作的直接原因，而企业的吸收能力是知识溢出的转化 器，可以将溢出转化为合作的创新产出。在网络外部性条件下研究知识溢出、企 业对外部知识的吸收能力与 RD 活动的合作效应的关系能够揭示企业研发策略的 微观机制，维持企业合作的稳定性。 基于对以上理论模型分析，本文在分析第四章并阐述了网络外部性下企业的 技术创新策略，以提升企业的技术竞争能力，同时引用了我国通信行业 3G 标准竞 争的实际案例，通过分析进一步印证并完善了前几章的理论模型研究和策略分析 的结论，同时也对前面网络外部性下标准之争的研究起了一个补充说明的作用。 最后，给出本文的结论和进一步研究的建议。 关键词：网络外部性，吸收能力，知识溢出，RD 合作 重庆大学硕士学位论文英文摘要 重庆大学硕士学位论文 英文摘要 II II ABSTRACT To the development of economy, more and more industries participate in international competition.
