潍坊市新生代农民工城市定居意愿及其影响因素实证研究 摘 要 从国际经验来看，劳动力的流动行为与定居行为一般是同时发生的，然而由 于“工业优先”经济发展战略，以及以户籍为核心的一系列特殊的制度限制，使 我国城镇化过程分为两个阶段：一是农村剩余劳动力向城市转移，到城市就业； 二是进城务工的农民工在城市实现定居且融入城市生活。本文对“新生代农民工 定居”的研究着重于城镇化进程的第二个阶段农村劳动力在城市的定居问题。 本文研究的是潍坊市新生代农民工定居城市的意愿以及各影响因素对定居 意愿的影响程度。首先，通过综合分析国内外相关文献综述资料以及借鉴相关理 论，提出理论框架和研究设计，并总结出了影响新生代农民工城市定居意愿的因 素：个人特征因素、人力资本因素、经济因素、社会支持因素；其次，采用问卷 调查的形式，深入潍坊市建筑业、制造业、餐饮业等调查收集数据，利用 SPSS17.0 统计软件分析数据资料，采用多元 Logistic 线性回归模型测算各影响因素对定居 意愿的影响程度。具体操作中，先对影响城市定居意愿的各个自变量因素与城市 定居意愿这个因变量进行交互分类表分析和相关性检验，将不能通过相关性检验 的自变量剔除；然后利用交互分类表中通过相关性检验的所有影响因素构造二元 Logistic 回归方程，引入到回归方程进行 Logistic 回归分析，以考察各个因素对 迁移意愿的影响程度；通过 Logistic 回归检验，得出研究结论：发现性别、从事 职业、受教育程度、进城务工年限、收入水平、与城市居民交往、社会保障、城 市生活满意度对新生代农民工城市定居的意愿有显著的影响；婚姻状况、住房情 况、外出务工目的、参加培训情况、迁出地经济状况对新生代农民工城市定居意 愿的影响不显著。其中，受教育程度、进城务工年限、收入水平、与城市居民交 往与定居意愿正相关，并对相关结论进行了原因分析。最后，通过实证分析的结 论，结合潍坊市具体情况，综合分析新生代农民工城市定居所存在的问题，并在 此基础上提出一些具有可操作性与可行性的引导新生代农民工城市定居的有效 措施。 关键词：新生代农民工；城市定居意愿；潍坊 Empirical Study on the Settlement Intention of new generation of peasant workers in Weifang: Recent Situation and Influencing Factors Abstract From international experience, the flow of labor behavior and settling behavior is usually happened at the same time, however, due to the economic development stratagem of industry priority, as well as to the household registration system as the core of a series of special limitations, make Chinas urbanization process is divided into two stages: one is the surplus rural labor to cities, the urban employment; 2 it is rural migrant migrant workers settle down in cities and into the city life.
