Ab Abstract - - II - Abstract Self-service equipment with cash transaction is the self-service ticket vending machine in this article. The ticket vending machine has been widely used in many developed countries. This dissertation stems from Chinas high-speed railway. Users can buy tickets online more easily by the self-service ticket vending machine and manager can reduce costs. The Ticket Vending Machine has its design targets, the article builds its function according to its design targets, and designs the overrall proposal by its function. The design targets are diveded into several relatively independent function modules, such as functional design components, electromagnetic compatibility, components of gate. Then the article designs each module’s circuit project and forms the circuit scheme which core is key conponent and its control IC. Base on researching the motion law of the gate, the article completes hardware design of the ticket vending machine. On account of the hardware design of the ticket vending machine, the article studies its software design and develops a mathematical model for characters of dc motor, such as rotation rate and load. The article gets a accelerating function. On the basis of this function software can control the voltage and current of the motor to work smoothly and high reliability. The article manufactures the system PCB, designs the control software, establishes the electrical control system, and studies hardware timing sequence. The experimental results indicates that the control system developed by this article can meet all the technical demands of the self-service ticket vending machine.
