66例产科患者DIC凝血检验结果临床分析 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨凝血检验指标在弥漫性血管内凝血诊断中的作用。 方法 选择2011年12月―2012年12月期间在该院产科治疗的DIC患者66例作为观察组，取同期顺产或剖腹产产妇30例为对照组，比较两组患者的凝血检验结果。结果 ①观察组患者的血常规中的血小板要明显多于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；②观察组患者的凝血功能中的凝血时间明显长于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 掌握产科DIC患者凝血检验结果的变化规律有利于DIC的早期诊断及发展预测。 　　[关键词] 产科DIC；凝血检验；结果分析 　　[中图分类号] R714 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2014）01（a）-0032-02 　　Clinical Analysis of the DIC Coagulation Test Results of 66 Cases of Obstetric Patients 　　QI Xinlei LI Yanmei 　　Clinical Laboratory， Yiyang Peoples Hospital， Yiyang， Hunan Province， 413001， China 　　[Abstract] Objective To investigate the effects of blood coagulation test indicators in the diagnosis of disseminated intravascular coagulation. Methods 66 cases of patients with DIC admitted in Department of Obstetrics of our hospital from December， 2011 to December， 2012 were selected as the observation group， and 30 cases of puerperants underwent vaginal delivery or caesarean section during the same period were selected as the control group. The coagulation test results were compared between the two groups. Results The platelets in routine blood test of the observation group was significantly more than those of the control group， the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）； ②The clotting time in coagulation function of the observation group was significantly longer than that of the control group， the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）. Conclusion Mastering the variation regularity of coagulation test results of obstetric patients with DIC is conducive to the early diagnosis and prediction of the development of DIC. 　　[Key words] Obstetric DIC； Coagulation tests； Result Analysis 　　弥漫性血管内凝血（Disseminated Intravascular Coagulation，DIC）是指血小板及凝血因子被激活后，释放促凝物质入血，从而导致血、脏器功能障碍，排血，休克等凝血功能失常的病理状态。在产科中，DIC通常出现于妊高症、羊水栓塞、HELLP、胎盘早剥等疾病的发展过程中。产科DIC发病快，进展迅速，对产妇及胎儿危害十分严重[1]，因次，对产科DIC的检测与诊断十分重要。凝血检验结果能诊断产科DIC及其进展与转归。为了探讨凝血检验指标在弥漫性血管内凝血诊断中的作用，现将该院在2011年12月―2012年12月收治的66例产科DIC患者的检验结果分析报道如下。 　　1 资料与方法 　　1.1 一般资料 　　选择
