53例三阴乳腺癌患者临床特征及预后分析 　　[摘要]目的 探讨三阴乳腺癌患者的临床特征及其预后的相关因素。方法 收集潍坊市人民医院2005年4月～2006年4月间收治的341例乳腺癌患者的相关临床资料，经免疫组化证实ER，PR和HER2均为阴性的乳腺癌53例。回顾性分析三阴乳腺癌患者的临床特征及影响其预后生存的情况。结果 全部乳腺癌患者中三阴乳腺癌的比例为15.5％，且绝经前患者、淋巴结转移、组织学Ⅲ级的比例高于非三阴乳腺癌(P0.05)，而与患者年龄、肿瘤大小、TNM分期、病理类型无明显关系。三阴乳腺癌远处转移率高于非三阴型乳腺癌。三阴乳腺癌和非三阴乳腺癌5年总生存率比较差异具有统计学意义(P0.05) 。结论 三阴性乳腺癌在全部乳腺癌中占15.5%，三阴乳腺癌易发生远处转移，这可能是导致预后较差的重要原因。 　　关键词:三阴乳腺癌 预后 　　 　　Clinical characteristics and prognosis-related factors in 53 triple negative breast cancer patients 　　HUANG Jinning1 LI xuebo1 SHI Yiran2 　　(1.Departmentofoncology,WeifangMedicalUniversity,Weifang261053;2.SurgicalOncology,Weifang People’s Hospital，Weifang 261041) 　　 [ABSTRACT] Objective To analyze the clinical characteristics and prognostic factors of the patients with triple negative breast cancer(TNBC). Methods 341 breast cancer patients were collected from april 2005 to april 2006 in Weifang People’s Hospital on clinical characteristics. 53 cases were confirmed to be TNBC. Retrospectively analyzed the clinical characteristics and survival of 53 cases with triple negative breast cancer. Results The percentage of TNBC in this study was 15.5％,The percentage of cases with premenopausal in diagnosis,lymph node status and grade Ⅲ were higher in the triple negative group than in the non-triple negative group (P0.05 ),but not associated with age,larger size,TNM stage and pathological type.The rate of distant metastasis in the triple negative group was higher than in the non-triple negative group.The 5-year overall survival in the triple negative group was lower than in the non-triple negative group (P0.05 ).
