2型糖尿病护理中临床护理路径应用 　　DOI：10.16658/ki.1672-4062.2017.12.091 　　[摘要] 目的 探究临床护理路径在2型糖尿病患者临床护理中的应用价值。方法 选择该院2015年1月―2017年3月收治的188例2型糖尿病患者，根据护理方式不同?M行分组，比较两组患者的护理效果及依从性。结果 观察组患者护理后空腹血糖（6.03±1.47）mmol/L，餐后2 h血糖（7.25±1.08）mmol/L，血糖控制情况显著优于对照组患者（P0.05）；对照组患者护理依从性71.28%，观察组为93.62%，观察组患者依从性显著优于对照组患者（P0.05）。 结论 在2型糖尿病患者临床护理路径实施中，根据患者的护理需求开展个体化和人性化的护理指导，通过护理表严格规范各项护理工作，确保各护理环节的无缝衔接，帮助患者提高血糖控制水平和护理依从性。 　　[关键词] 临床护理路径；2型糖尿病；依从性 　　[中图分类号] R473 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1672-4062（2017）06（b）-0091-02 　　Application of Clinical Nursing Path in the Nursing of Type 2 Diabetes 　　HU Yu-mei1， ZHANG Yu2 　　1.Beicheng Community Health Service Station， Xuecheng District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine， Zaozhuang， Shandong Province， 277000 China；2.Community Health Service Station， Xuecheng District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine， Zaozhuang， Shandong Province， 277000 China 　　[Abstract] Objective To study the application value of clinical nursing path in the nursing of type 2 diabetes. Methods 188 cases of type 2 diabetes patients admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2015 to March 2017 were selected and divided into two groups according to different nursing methods， the nursing effect and compliance were compared between the two groups. Results After nursing， the fasting blood glucose（6.03±1.47） mmol/L， 2 h postprandial blood glucose（7.25±1.08） mmol/L and blood glucose control situation were obviously better than those in the control group（P0.05）， and the nursing compliance in the observation group was obviously better than that in the control group（93.62% vs 71.28%），（P0.05）. Conclusion We should develop the individual and humanistic nursing guidance in the implementation course of clinical nursing path of patients with type 2 diabetes and strictly standardize various nursing work by the nursing table， ensure the seamless link of various nursing links and help the patients improve the blood glucose control level and nursing compliance. 　　[Key words] Clinical nursing p
