[关键词] 血糖监测;床边医疗感染性废物;健康教育 [中图分类号] R473.5 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1672-4062(2016)12(b)-0141-02 [Abstract] Objective To keep the hospitalization environment clean and comfortable and reduce the hospital infection. Methods 97 cases of patients with diabetes were randomly divided into two groups, the control group with 41 cases were given the routine blood sugar monitoring, insulin subcutaneously and venous transfusion health education, while the intervention group added the medical infection waste classification and risk knowledge education on the basis of the control group, and the medical waste bod was placed bedside the bed, and yellow disposable bag was placed in the box, and the bedside medical infection waste placement of patients was examined at 7 am and 2 pm per day, and the accurate rate of contaminated cotton swab of the two groups was compared. Results The difference in the accurate rate between the intervention group and the control group had obvious significance(80.35% vs 14.63%)(P0.05). Conclusion Enhancing the classification placement health education of medical infectious waste of patients and placement of medical infectious waste box beside the bed can improve the accurate rate of garbage classification placement and improve the hospitalization environmental safety.
