65岁以上股骨粗隆间骨折患者行髋关节置换和内固定术临床分析 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨65岁以上股骨粗隆间骨折患者行髋关节置换和内固定术的临床疗效。方法 选取60例2013年8月―2014年8月在该院接受治疗的65岁以上股骨粗隆间骨折患者，以随机方式将其平均分为两组，即对照组与观察组，对观察组患者实施髋关节置换术治疗，对对照组患者实施内固定术治疗。对比两组患者术后死亡率、并发症发生率、内置物松动率、髋部畸形率及髋关节功能评分等相关指标。结果 术后观察组患者优良率为80.0%，对照组患者优良率为53.3%，观察组明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 研究表明，内固定术与髋关节置换术治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者均有其各自优势，需要对患者实际病情全面分析后才能决定所用治疗方法。 　　[关键词] 股骨粗隆间骨折；内固定术；髋关节置换术；治疗效果 　　[中图分类号] R683.42 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2015）03（a）-0030-02 　　Clinical Analysis of 65 Years of Age in Patients with Intertrochanteric Fractures of the Hip Joint Replacement and Internal Fixation 　　ZHANG Dengfeng 　　Department of Orthopedics Huaihe Hospital of Henan University， Kaifeng，Henan Province， 475000 China 　　[Abstract] Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of over 65 years in patients with intertrochanteric fractures hip replacement and internal fixation.
