5―氨基酮戊酸光动力疗法联合多功能电离子治疗尖锐湿疣疗效观察 　　【摘要】 目的：研究5-氨基酮戊酸光动力疗法（ALA-PDT）联合多功能电离子治疗尖锐湿疣的疗效。方法：选择2013年6月-2014年12月本院收治的127例尖锐湿疣患者作为研究对象，采用随机数字表法将其分为两组，治疗组采用5-氨基酮戊酸光动力疗法联合多功能电离子治疗；对照组单纯应用多功能电离子电灼治疗，两组均在治疗后第12周统计结果。结果：治疗组有效率高于对照组，复发率低于对照组，比较差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：5-氨基酮戊酸光动力疗法联合多功能电离子治疗尖锐湿疣效率高、复发率低，对于减轻患者的心理负担有着明显的优势，值得临床推广应用。 　　【关键词】 光动力疗法； 5-氨基酮戊酸； 尖锐湿疣； 电灼术 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To study the effect of 5-aminolevulinic acid photodynamic therapy （ALA-PDT） combined with multifunctional electricion therapy in the treatment of condyloma acuminatum.Method：127 patients with condyloma acuminatum in our hospital from June 2013 to December 2014 were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group.The treatment group was given 5-aminolevulinic acid photodynamic therapy combined with multifunctional electricion therapy，the control group was given multifunctional electricion therapy alone.The results were analyzed 12 weeks after the treatment.Result：The effect rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group，the recurrence rate of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group，the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：5-aminolevulinic acid photodynamic therapy combined with multifunctional electricion therapy has high effective rate and low recurrence rate in the treatment of condyloma acuminatum.It can reduce the psychological burden for patients and it is worthy of clinical application and promotion. 　　【Key words】 Photodynamic therapy； 5-aminolevulinic acid； Condyloma acuminatum； Electrocautery 　　First-author’s address：The First Affiliated Hospital of Gannan Medical College，Ganzhou 341000，China 　　doi：10.3969/j.issn.1674-4985.2015.32.023 　　尖锐湿疣是临床较为常见的性传播疾病，由人类乳头状瘤病毒（HPV）感染引起。随着社会的不断开放，人们性观念的变化和对性传播疾病的防控意识薄弱，尖锐湿疣的发病率有逐年上升的趋势，逐渐成为了公共卫生的一大问题。目前临床上用于治疗尖锐湿疣的方法较多，包括激光、冷冻、外用药物等。由于尖锐湿疣皮损中存在肉眼看不见的亚临床潜伏感染，传统治疗不易清除，这是尖锐湿疣复发率较高的原因之一[1-2]。近年来广泛应用5-氨基酮戊酸光动力疗法治疗尖锐湿疣，取得良好的疗效，且复发率低，但
