L―门冬酸氨氯地平片联合阿托伐他汀钙片治疗65例老年高血压合并冠心病疗效观察 　　摘 要 目的：探讨L-门冬酸氨氯地平片联合阿托伐他汀钙片治疗老年高血压合并冠心病的疗效。方法：收集2010年6月-2012年6月我院收治的老年高血压合并冠心病患者130例，按随机数字法分为观察组和对照组，每组65例。观察两组患者血压、心绞痛变化及不良反应，并评价疗效。结果：观察组治疗后SBP、DBP、心绞痛发作次数均显著低于对照组，总有效率为90.76%（59/65），高于对照组的78.46%（51/65）。结论：服用L-门冬酸氨氯地平片联合阿托伐他汀钙片的观察组较服用硝苯地平片，血脂康胶囊的对照组，调脂又降压，改善心功能，疗效更好，不良反应少。 　　关键词 L-门冬酸氨氯地平片 阿托伐他汀钙片 高血压 冠心病 　　中图分类号：R972； R969.4 文献标识码：B 文章编号：1006-1533（2013）11-0022-03 　　Effect of combination of L-aspartic acid amlodipine 　　tablets with atorvastatin calcium tablets in the treatment of 　　65 elderly patients with hypertension and coronary heart disease 　　CAO Baolin， LIU Xingang 　　（Community Health Center of Tianlin Street in Xuhui district， Shanghai 200233， China） 　　ABSTRACT Objective： To investigate the effect of L-aspartic acid amlodipine tablets and atorvastatin calcium tablets on the treatment of elderly patients with hypertension and coronary heart disease. Methods： One hundred and thirty cases of elderly patients treated in our hospital from June 2010 to June 2012 were divided into an observation group and a control group with 65 cases each based on the random digital act. Patients were treated with atorvastatin in the control group or L-aspartic acid amlodipine tablets plus atorvastatin calcium tablets in the observation group. The blood pressure， angina changes and adverse reactions were observed and their efficacy was evaluated. Results： After treatment， the SBP， DBP， angina attack frequency of patients were significantly reduced in the observation group than in the control group （P0.05）. The total effective rate was 90.76%（59/65）in the observation group and 78.46%（51/65）in the control group and their difference was statistically significant （P0.05）. Conclusion： Combination therapy of L-aspartic acid amlodipine tablets with atorvastatin calcium tablets can reduce lipid and blood pressure and improve heart function with a higher efficacy and fewer adverse reactions as compared with monotherapy of atorvastatin.
