PRF在口腔前庭沟加深术应用 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨富血小板纤维蛋白（PRF）对口腔前庭沟加深术患者术后I型胶原蛋白表达及软组织修复的影响。方法2012年1月―2013年12月选取在该院口腔科收治的12例应用PRF治疗的前庭沟加深手术的患者为观察组，另选取同期在本院口腔科行常规前庭沟加深术15例患者为对照组。 结果 观察组患者术后1、3、5、7、14 d前庭沟深度无明显收缩（P0.05），而对照组患者1、3、5、7、14 d前庭沟深度有显著变化，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。观察组患者术后3、5、7、14 d血浆中I型胶原蛋白水平显著高于对照组同一时间段，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 富血小板纤维蛋白能有效修复前庭沟加深术患者缺损的软组织，促进I型胶原蛋白分泌，促进创面愈合，减少愈痕形成。 　　[关键词] 富血小板纤维蛋白；口腔前庭沟加深术；修复 　　[中图分类号] R4 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2014）07（a）-0011-02 　　[Abstract] Objective To investigate the effect of platelet-rich fibrin （PRF） on the expression of type I collagen and soft tissue repair for the patients after oral vestibular deepening surgery. Methods 12 cases of patients admitted in the Department of Stomatology of our hospital from January， 2012 to December， 2013 were selected as the observation group， the patients applied PRF treatment in oral vestibular deepening surgery. And 15 cases of patients underwent routine oral vestibular deepening surgery in Department of Stomatology of our hospital during the same period were selected as the control group. Results The vestibular depth of the patients in the observation group had no significant contraction 1d， 3d， 5d， 7d， 14d after the surgery （P0.05）， while that of the patients in the control group had significant changes 1d， 3d， 5d， 7d， 14d after the surgery， the difference was statistically significant （P0.05）. The level of type I collagen in plasma of the patients in the observation group 3d， 5d， 7d， 14d after the surgery was significantly higher than that of the patients in the control group， respectively， the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）. Conclusion Platelet-rich fibrin can effectively repair the soft tissue defects of the patients underwent oral vestibular deepening surgery， promote the secretion of type I collagen and wound healing and reduce the formation of scar. 　　[Key words] Platelet-rich fibrin； Oral vestibular deepening surgery； Repair 　　前庭沟过浅可影响下颌全口义齿的固定，而前庭沟加深术可改善前庭沟过浅的情况，有助于义齿的固定，但前庭沟加深术
