MMP―9TNF―αNT―proBNP在川崎病患儿血浆中变化及临床意义 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨基质金属蛋白酶-9（MMP-9）、肿瘤坏死因子-α（TNF-α）、N末端脑利钠肽（NT-proBNP）在川崎病（KD）患儿中的临床意义。方法 方便选取该院2014年3月―2016年10月住院的KD患儿58例，根据心脏超声心动图检查结果分为冠状动脉损伤（CAL）组26例和无冠状动脉损伤（NCAL）组32例，另选取同期年龄相仿的门诊健康体检儿童25例作为对照组，采用双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附法（ELISA）和电化学发光免疫分析法（CLIA）分别测定各组儿童MMP-9、TNF-α和NT-proBNP水平。 结果 KD患儿治疗前血浆MMP-9、TNF-α、NT-proBNP水平与对照组比较，差异有统计学意义（t=20.73、9.34、16.61，P0.05），且CAL组显著高于NCAL组，差异有统计学意义（t=5.25、3.45、5.57，P0.01）。KD患儿治疗后MMP-9、TNF-α、NT-proBNP水平较治疗前显著降低，差异有统计学意义（t=75.29、16.06、40.33，P 0.05）。KD组治疗前TNF-α与MMP-9、NT-proBNP水平均成正相关关系（P0.01），而MMP-9与NT-proBNP水平也成正相关性关系（P0.01）。 结论 血浆MMP-9、TNF-α和NT-proBNP与KD患儿心血管损害关系密切，联合检测有助于早期诊断KD和预测心血管系统并发症。 　　[关键词] 川崎病；基质金属蛋白酶-9；肿瘤坏死因子-α；N末端脑利钠肽 　　[中图分类号] R725.4 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2017）02（a）-0028-03 　　[Abstract] Objective To study the clinical significance of MMP-9， TNF-α and NT-proBNP in the plasma of children with Kawasaki disease. Methods Convenient selection 58 cases of KD children in our hospital from March 2014 to October 2016 were selected and divided into the CAL group with 26 cases and NCAL group with 32 cases， and 25 cases of healthy physical examination children at the same period were selected as the control group， and the MMP-9， TNF-α and NT-proBNP levels of children in each group were respectively measured by the ELISA and CLIA.
