Orem自理模式对精神分裂症患者生活自理能力社会适应能力影响 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨精神分裂症患者行Orem自理模式后对其社会适应能力、生活自理能力的影响情况。 方法 选取我院精神科接收的伴精神分裂症84例患者为研究对象，依照数字列表法随机分为对照组和研究组，每组42例。对照组予常规方法护理，研究组在常规护理的基础上予以Orem自理模式干预，观察并比较研究组与对照组患者经不同护理干预后的临床效果情况。 结果 研究组患者的抑郁和社会能力、退缩和个人卫生、激惹和社会兴趣等生活自理能力评分情况均优于对照组（P0.05）。结论 对精神分裂症患者行Orem自理模式干预，既能使患者的社会适应能力提升，还能使生活自理能力提高，促进患者早日回归社会。 　　[关键词] 社会适应能力；生活自理能力；精神分裂症；Orem自理模式 　　[中图分类号] R473.7 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1673-9701（2018）04-0152-03 　　[Abstract] Objective To investigate the influence of Orem self-care model on schizophrenia patients social adaptability and self-care ability. Methods A total of 84 patients with schizophrenia admitted in the Department of Psychiatry of our hospital were selected as research objects and randomly divided into control group and study group according to the digital list method， with 42 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing， and the study group was given Orem self-care model intervention based on the routine nursing. The clinical effects of the study group and the control group were observed after different nursing interventions. Results The scores of life self-care ability such as depression and social ability， withdrawal and personal hygiene， irritability and social interest in study group were better than those in control group（P0.05）. Conclusion Orem self-care intervention for patients with schizophrenia can not only improve the social adaptability of patients， but also improve the life self-care ability of patients and promote their return to society as soon as possible. 　　[Key words] Social adaptability； Life self-care ability； Schizophrenia； Orem self-care model 　　精神分裂症是常见精神疾病，具有较高的致残率与患病率。心理因素、压力和环境因素等均是导致此病症形成的主要原因，易引发患者出现认识缺陷、激惹和妄想幻觉等症状表现[1-2]。由于精神分裂症患者都存在精神症状，如意志减退、情感淡漠和社会能力退缩等，容易出现自理缺陷问题，能对其生活质量产生严重影响。Orem自理模式又名自我照顾模式，自理理念是该模式重点强调的内容，认为自我护理对推动及维持健康的完整性能起到一定的重要作用[3]。本研究以我院接收的精神分裂症84例患者为研究资料，探讨经给予Orem自理模式后，对其社会适应能力、生活自理能力的影响情况，现报道如下。 　　1资料与方法 　　1.1一般资料 　　选取2014年4月～2016年6月我院精神科接收的伴精神分裂症的84例患者为本次研究对象，依照数字列表法随机分为
