PDCA理论在手术室与供应室一体化管理中应用 　　[摘要]目的 探讨PDCA理论在手术室与供应室一体化（OSI）管理中的应用效果。方法 选取我院2016年7～10月OSI管理中未应用PDCA理论的435件手术器械和112名外科医生作为传统组，选取我院2017年7～10月OSI管理中应用PDCA理论的542件手术器械和123名外科医生作为PDCA组。比较两组的手术器械清洗情况、包装情况、丢失情况、灭菌情况及外科医生对器械的满意度。结果 实施基于PDCA理论的OSI管理后，PDCA组的器械清洗合格率、包装合格率、灭菌合格率、医生满意度高于传统组，器械丢失率低于传统组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 PDCA理论在OSI管理中具有积极的作用，有助于提高器械管理和外科医生对器械的满意度。 　　[关键词]PDCA理论；手术室；供应室；满意度 　　[中图分类号] R197.323 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2018）4（b）-0161-03 　　Application of PDCA theory in operating room and supply room integration management 　　ZHOU Can PENG Yan-mei YI Hong-yan DENG Su-juan 　　Disinfection Supply Center of Operation Room，the Second Hospital （Group） General Hospital of Baoan in Shenzhen City，Guangdong Province，Shenzhen 518104，China 　　[Abstract]Objective To explore the application effect of PDCA theory in operating room and supply room integration （OSI） management.Methods 435 surgical instruments and 112 surgeons without PDCA theory in OSI management in our hospital from July to October 2016 were selected as the traditional group.542 surgical instruments and 123 surgeons with PDCA theory in OSI management in our hospital from July to October 2017 were selected as the PDCA group.The situation of the surgical instruments cleaning，packaging，losing，sterilization and surgeons′ satisfaction degree for the instruments were compared between the two groups.Results After OSI management based on PDCA，the pass rate of surgical instruments cleaning， packaging，sterilization and surgeons′satisfaction degree of PDCA group were higher than those of traditional group，and the losing rate was lower than the traditional group （P0.05）.Conclusion The PDCA theory plays a positive role in OSI management and helps improve device management and surgeons′satisfaction degree for the surgical instruments. 　　[Key words]PDCA theory；Operating room；Supply room；Satisfaction degree 　　?S着医疗技术的发展和医疗管理水平的进步，手术室与供应室一体化（operating room and supply room integration，OSI）管理模式逐渐在各医院中开展[1]。这一模式不仅是一种现代手术器械管理方式，也有助于
