PDCA管理在改进产科VIP患者出院流程中效果研究
[摘要]目的 探讨PDCA管理在改进产科VIP患者出院流程的效果。方法 选取2015年9月~2016年8月我院收治的VIP患者1000例,按时间先后顺序选取前半年出院500例患者为对照组,选取后半年500例为干预组。对照组患者实施常规护理,干预组实施PDCA管理,比较两组患者护理前后医生及患者满意度、医生开预出院率及出院等待时间。结果 干预组患者对医生满意度为95.40%,明显高于对照组的84.20%;干预组患者及其家属的满意度为94.6%,明显高于对照组的83.8%;干预组中医生开预出院率为83.4%,明显高于对照组的66.2%,差异有统计学意义(P0.05),且干预组患者的出院时间显著短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论 对产科VIP患者采用PDCA管理能够有效提高医生、患者及其家属的满意度,提高护理质量。

[Abstract]Objective To explore the effect of improving the PDCA management in obstetrics VIP hospital discharge patients.Methods 1000 VIP patients from September 2015 to August 2016 in our hospital were selected,accroding to chronologically,the first half of years 500 cases of discharged patients as the control group,after six months 500 cases were selected for intervention group.The control group was given routine care,the intervention group was given the PDCA management,before and after care physicians and patient satisfaction,and doctors prescribe pre-discharge rate and discharge waiting time of two groups were compared.Results The physician satisfaction of intervention group was 95.40%, significantly higher than that of control group (84.20%);patients and their families′ satisfaction of intervention group was 94.6%,significantly higher than that of control group (83.8%);doctor prescribed pre-discharge rate of intervention group was 83.4%,significantly higher than that of control group (66.2%),the difference was significant (P0.05).And the discharge time of intervention group was significantly less than that of control group,the difference was significant (P0.05).Conclusion VIP obstetric patients with PDCA management can effectively improve the doctor,the patient and family satisfaction,improve quality of care.
