α干扰素联合丙种球蛋白注射液治疗小儿特发性血小板减少性紫癜疗效观察 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨α干扰素联合丙种球蛋白注射液治疗小儿特发性血小板减少性紫癜的临床疗效。 方法 选取我院2013年1~ 9月门诊收治的78例特发性血小板减少性紫癜患儿做为研究对象。随机分为治疗组40例与对照组38例，对照组患儿应用丙种球蛋白注射液治疗，治疗组患儿在对照组患儿用药的基础上联合使用α干扰素治疗，对比两组患儿的临床治疗效果及患儿的血液指标。 结果 治疗组患儿的治疗总有效率显著高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。治疗组患儿的治疗后的BAFF、PAIgG、PAIgM、PAIgA低于对照组，PLT计数高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。 结论 应用α干扰素联合丙种球蛋白注射液治疗小儿特发性血小板减少性紫癜治疗效果显著，提高机体免疫力，值得临床推广应用。 　　[关键词] 特发性血小板减少性紫癜；干扰素；丙种球蛋白 　　[中图分类号] R725.5#8195;#8195;#8195;[文献标识码] B#8195;#8195;#8195;[文章编号] 2095-0616（2014）08-63-03 　　 　　Efficacy observation of α interferon combined with gamma globulin injection in treatment of children with idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura 　　LI#8195;Defeng 　　Department of Pediatrics,Heshan Peoples Hospital,Heshan 529700,China 　　[Abstract] Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of α interferon combined with gamma globulin injection in the treatment of children with idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura. Methods Seventy-eight children with idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura admitted to the outpatient department of our hospital from January 2013 to September were selected as the study subjects and randomly assigned to the treatment group with 40 patients and the control group with 38 patients according to the admission order.The control group received gamma globulin injection treatment and the treatment group received additional α interferon treatment on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy and blood parameters of the two groups were compared. Results The treatment group had significantly higher total effective treatment rate than the control group, with statistically significant difference (P＜0.05).The treatment group had lower BAFF, PAIgG, PAIgM and PAIgA than the control group, but higher PLT count than the control group, with statistically significant differences (P＜0.05).
