S3镍钛根管锉预备磨牙根管临床分析 　　[摘要] 目的 探?S3镍钛根管锉在根管治疗中磨牙预备的临床效果。方法 方便选取2013年1月―2016 年1月该院收治的208例根管治疗患者为研究对象，患者共计患牙246颗，随机将入选病例均分为两组。实验组104例（124颗），患者以S3镍钛根管锉预备根管；对照组104例（122颗），患者以不锈钢K挫预备根管。比较两组患者根管预备时间、预备效果、填充效果及术后疼痛情况。结果 实验组根管预备平均用时（5.3±0.7）min，其中122颗患牙预备后根管锥度好、流畅度高、无偏移，预备成功率98.39%（122/124），121例根管适度填充，填充优秀率97.58%，5例根管预备后疼痛，疼痛率4.81%，各项指标均优于对照组，比较差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 以S3镍钛根管锉进行磨牙根管预备具有操作效率高、根管形成优良、填充效果好等优势，值得临床推广使用。 　　[关键词] 根管治疗；根管预备；S3镍钛根管锉；预备效果 　　[中图分类号] R281 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2017）04（c）-0060-03 　　[Abstract] Objective To study the clinical effect of S3 nickel-titanium files in preparing molars ′ root canals. Methods 208 cases of patients treated with root canal admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2013 to January 2016 were conveniently selected and randomly divided into two groups with 104 cases in each， the experimental group with 124 teeth adopted the S3 nickel-titanium files in preparing molars ′ root canals， while the control group with 104 teeth adopted the stainless steel files in preparing molars ′ root canals， and the root canal preparation time， preparation effect， filling effect and postoperative pains were compared between the two groups. Results The average time of root canals preparation in the experimental group was（5.3±0.7）min， and the root canal taper of 122 affected teeth after preparation was good， no offsets and the success rate of preparation was 98.39%（122/124）， the root canals of 121 cases was properly filled， and the filling excellent rate was 97.58%， and 5 cases were without pains after the root canals preparation， and the pain rate was 4.81%， and various indexes were better than those in the control group， and the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）. Conclusion The S3 nickel-titanium files in preparing molars ′ root canals has the advantages of high operation efficacy， excellent and good root canal formation and good filling effect， which is worth clinical promotion and application. 　　[Key words] Root canal treat
