PCR检验法和细菌培养法用于阴道细菌检验效果对比 　　【摘要】 目的：探析阴道细菌检验进行细菌培养法与PCR检验法的效果观察。方法：选取笔者所在医院2013年3月-2014年3月收治的80例细菌性阴道病患者作为研究对象，分别对其进行细菌培养法与PCR检验法，比较两种方法的检测准确率情况。结果：PCR检测法的阴性检出率26.2%明显低于细菌培养法的65.0%，阳性检出率73.8%明显高于细菌培养法的35.0%，其中肠球菌检出率13.8%、加特纳菌检出率42.5%、棒状杆菌17.5%均明显高于细菌培养法的3.8%、26.2%、5.0%，两种检验方法比较差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：细菌性阴道病进行PCR检验法，操作快捷简便，准确率高，效果确切，值得临床推广。 　　【关键词】 临床效果； 细菌性阴道病； 细菌培养法； PCR检验法 　　中图分类号 R711.31 文献标识码 B 文章编号 1674-6805（2015）17-0050-02 　　Effect Contrast of PCR Test and Bacterial Culture for the Vaginal Bacterial Test/HUA Ling.//Chinese and Foreign Medical Research，2015，13（17）：50-51 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To investigate and analyze the effect observation of bacterial culture and PCR test for the vaginal bacteria test.Method：80 patients with bacterial vaginosis admitted to our hospital from March 2013 to March 2014 were selected as research objects，and the bacterial culture and PCR test were respectively carried out.The examination precision rate of two methods were observed and compared.Result：The negative detection rate of the PCR test method was 26.2%，which was significantly lower than 65.0% of the bacterial culture method，the positive detection rate of the PCR test method was 73.8%，which was significantly higher than 35.0% of the bacterial culture method，the detection rate of enterococcus，gardnerella vaginalis，corynebacterium in the PCR test method were 13.8%，42.5%，17.5%，which were significantly higher than 3.8%，26.2% and 5.0% in the bacterial culture method，the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：PCR test for bacterial vaginal disease，achieves the higher precision and better results in a fast and simple way.It is worthy of clinical promotion. 　　【Key words】 Clinical effect； Bacterial vaginosis； Bacterial culture； PCR test 　　First-author’s address：Enping Branch of Wuyi Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital，Enping 529400，China 　　doi：10.14033/j.cnki.cfmr.2015.17.027 　　细菌性阴道病（BV）的发生是由于阴道菌群失调，乳酸杆菌减少而导致其他病原如加德纳菌、各种厌氧菌、弯曲弧菌等的大量繁殖，BV实际上是以加德纳菌为主的一种混合
