PCTCRP和IL―18在急性上呼吸道感染诊断价值分析 　　[摘要] 目的 对PCT、CRP和IL-18在急性上呼吸道感染的诊断价值进行分析及判定。方法 该院采取回顾性分析，方便选取该院2014年2月―2016年1月收治的100例急性上呼吸道感染患儿为A组，其中病毒性感染患儿为A1组（48例），细菌性感染患儿为A2组（52例），同时选取50名同期体检儿童为B组，同时采取发光免疫分析法对其血清PCT进行测定，采取ELISA双抗体夹心法对其IL-18进行测定，采取速率散射比浊法对其CRP进行测定，并比较3组儿童的PCT、CRP和IL-18 的数据差异。结果 A1组急性上呼吸道感染患儿的血清PCT为（0.12±0.06）ng/mL，CRP为（4.16±2.58）mg/L，IL-18为（100.21±15.75）ng/L，A2组急性上呼吸道感染患儿的血清PCT为（0.71±0.49）ng/mL，CRP为（15.86±8.58）mg/L，IL-18为（130.21±15.63）ng/L，B组健康儿童的血清PCT为（0.09±0.05）ng/mL，CRP为（2.89±2.21）mg/L，IL-18为（98.21±15.81）ng/L。结论 血清PCT、CRP和IL-18在急性上呼吸道感染的诊断中具有重大价值，对其细菌性急性上呼吸道感染的诊断价值更佳，值得在临床中推广实施。 　　[?P键词] 急性上呼吸道感染； PCT；CRP；IL-18 　　[中图分类号] R446.6 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2017）04（c）-0022-03 　　[Abstract] Objective To analyze and determine the value of PCT， CRP and IL-18 in diagnosis of acute upper respiratory infection. Methods 100 cases of children with acute upper respiratory infection admitted and treated in our hospital from February 2014 to January 2016 were conveniently selected as the group A， and divided into the group A1 with 48 cases and A2 group with 52 cases， and 50 cases of children with physical examination at the same period were selected as the group B， and the serum PCT was measured by the luminescence immunoassay， IL-18 was measured by the ELISA double antibody sandwich method and CRP was measured by the rate nephelometry method， and the differences in the PCT， CRP and IL-18 between the three groups were compared. Results The serum PCT， CRP and IL-18 in the group A1， A2 and B were respectively （0.12±0.06）ng/mL， （4.16±2.58）mg/L， （100.21±15.75）ng/L， and （0.71±0.49）ng/mL， CRP（15.86±8.58）mg/L，IL-18（130.21±15.63）ng/L and （0.09±0.05）ng/mL， CRP（2.89±2.21）mg/L，IL-18（98.21±15.81）ng/L. Conclusion The value of serum PCT， CRP and IL-18 in diagnosis of acute upper respiratory infection is significant， and the value in diagnosis of acute upper respiratory tract infection of bacteria， which is worth clinical promotion and implementation. 　　[Key words] Acute upper respirat
