PCT与CRP在恶性肿瘤患者感染诊断中应用价值 　　【摘要】 目的：评估C-反应蛋白（CRP）联合降钙素原（PCT）检测在恶性肿瘤患者感染诊断中的应用价值。方法：选择2016年1月-2017年3月本院收治的恶性肿瘤患者60例作为研究对象，根据患者是否有感染，将其分为感染组48例（细菌感染39例，非细菌感染9例）和未感染组12例，比较感染组与未感染组患者、细菌感染与非细菌感染患者CRP及PCT水平检测结果。同时将细菌感染患者随机分为观察组20例和对照组19例，对照组给予常规抗菌治疗，观察组根据CRP及PCT水平变化调整用药方案，比较两组患者二重感染、不良反应发生情况。结果：感染组患者CRP及PCT水平均高于未感染组，比较差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）；细菌感染患者CRP、PCT水平明显高于非细菌感染患者，比较差异均有统计学意义（P0.01）；观察组二重感染及不良反应发生情况均明显低于对照组，比较差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：CRP和PCT是有效诊断恶性肿瘤患者细菌感染的重要指标，对于指导抗菌药物的使用具有重要的临床意义。 　　【关键词】 降钙素原； C-反应蛋白； 感染； 恶性肿瘤； 诊断 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To evaluate the value of C-reactive protein （CRP） combined with procalcitonin（PCT） in the diagnosis of infection in patients with malignant tumor.Method：60 cases of malignant tumor were treated in our hospital from January 2016 to March 2017，they were selected as the research subjects.According to whether the patients had infection，they were divided into 48 cases of infection group（39 cases of bacterial infection，9 cases of non bacterial infection） and 12 cases of uninfected group.The results of CRP and PCT in patients were compared between bacterial infection and non bacterial infection，infected and uninfected groups.The patients with bacterial infection were randomly divided into 20 cases of the observation group and 19 cases of the control group，the control group was treated with routine antibiotic therapy，the observation group were adjusted according to the changes of CRP and PCT levels，the superinfection and adverse reactions of two groups were compared.Result：The levels of CRP and PCT in the infection group were significantly higher than those of the uninfected group，the differences were statistically significant（P0.05），the levels of CRP and PCT in patients with bacterial infection were significantly higher than those of non bacterial infections（P0.01），the differences were statistically significant，the incidence of superinfection and adverse reactions in the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group，the
