PFNA治疗不稳定性老年股骨粗隆间骨折疗效分析 　　[摘要] 目的 探析PFNA治疗不稳定性老年股骨粗隆间骨折的疗效。方法 随机抽选该院2011年1月―2014年12月治疗的80例不稳定性老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者，分为两组：观察组与对照组，分别给予PFNA治疗与股骨近端解剖锁定钢板进行治疗，对比两组患者的临床疗效。结果 观察组患者的术中出血量、手术时间分别是（111±34）mL、（44±16）min，对照组分别是（261±34）mL、（76±24）min，差异性显著（P0.05）。观察组患者的Harris功能评价优良率是92.5%，对照组是82.5%，显著差异性（P0.05）。 结论 PFNA治疗不稳定性老年股骨粗隆间骨折，能够提高患者骨折固定的稳定性，减轻患者受到的损伤。 　　[关键词] PFNA治疗；不稳定性老年股骨粗隆间骨折；疗效 　　[中图分类号] R687.3 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2015）08（b）-0032-02 　　[Abstract] Objective To explore the effect of proximal femoral nail anti-rotation （PFNA） in the treatment of elderly patients with unstable femoral intertrochanteric fracture. Methods 80 elderly patients with unstable femoral intertrochanteric fracture admitted to our hospital between January 2011 and December 2014 were randomly selected and divided into observation group and control group， in which PFNA and proximal femur anatomic locking plate were used respectively for the treatment. The clinical effects were compared between the two groups. Results The intraoperative blood loss， operation duration， excellent-good rate according to Harris scores of the observation group and the control group were（111±34）mL，（44±16）min， 92.5% and （261±34）mL，（76±24）min， 82.5%， and the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）. The fracture healing times of the two groups were （13.5±2.5）weeks and（14.0±2.5）weeks， and the difference was not statistically significant（P0.05）. Conclusion PFNA in the treatment of elderly patients with unstable femoral intertrochanteric fracture can provide good fixation and fewer damages to them. 　　[Key words] PFNA treatment； Unstable senile femoral intertrochanteric Fracture； Curative effect 　　老年群体中多发股骨粗隆间骨折[1]，老年人受到年龄、体力、自身免疫力等因素的影响，普遍合并糖尿病、慢性支气管炎、高血压等疾病，卧床时间过程会加重患者原有疾病的病情，大大增加并发症的发生率，因此老年股骨粗隆间骨折多使用手术治疗。老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者受到骨质疏松、外力小等因素的影响，造成患者存在不稳定性骨折[2]。该研究随机选取2011年1月―2014年12月来该院就诊的80例不稳定性老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者，随机分成两组，实施不同手术治疗方法，以探讨PFNA治疗不稳定性老年股骨粗隆间骨折的疗效，现报道如下。 　　1 资料与方法 　　1.1 一般资料 　　该研究随机该院在接收的80例不稳定性老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者，分为对照组与观察组，其
