DR跟骨俯卧轴位投照对跟骨骨折临床诊断价值分析 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨DR跟骨俯卧轴位投照在跟骨骨折的临床诊断价值。方法 对68例跟骨外伤患者分别进行足部正斜位、底部轴位以及跟骨俯卧轴位的DR投照拍片，取得患者的不同部位的DR片图像进行对比分析。 结果 68例跟骨外伤患者经过X线或CT扫描确诊为跟骨骨折的有60例，采用足部正斜位DR检查发现跟骨骨折29例，底部轴位DR检查发现跟骨骨折43例，跟骨俯卧轴位DR检查发现跟骨骨折55例。三种轴位的DR检查的跟骨骨折显示率分别为48.3%、71.7%和91.7%；三种轴位DR检查的显示率两两组间比较差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 跟骨俯卧轴位的DR拍摄具有较高的显示率，可提高跟骨骨折的诊断率，值得临床推广应用。 　　[关键词] 跟骨骨折；俯卧轴位；DR检查；诊断 　　[中图分类号] R81 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2015）05（a）-0180-02 　　Analysis of the Value of DR Calcaneal Prone Axial Projection Fracture in Clinical Diagnosis of Calcaneus 　　CHEN Yuan-ming，XU Yan-ta，WU Shao-jie 　　Department of Radiology， Xinglin branch Hospital of The first Xiamen City hospital，Xiamen，Fujian Province，361022 China 　　[Abstract] Objective To investigate the DR calcaneal prone axial projection value in clinical diagnosis of fracture of calcaneus. Methods 68 cases of calcaneal injury patients were foot is oblique， bottom axial and calcaneal prone axial DR projection of films， made in different parts of the DR slice images of patients were analyzed. Results 68 cases of calcaneal injury patients after X-ray or CT scan confirmed the diagnosis of calcaneal fractures in 60 cases， found 29 cases of calcaneal fractures by foot is oblique DR inspection， the bottom axial DR examination revealed 43 cases of calcaneal fractures of calcaneus prone， axial DR examination revealed 55 cases of calcaneal fractures. Three kinds of axial DR examination of fractures of the calcaneus showed rates were 48.3%， 71.7% and 91.7%； the three axial DR checking showed that the rate difference between the two groups were statistically significant （P0.05）. Conclusion Calcaneal prone axial DR shooting the show rate is high， can improve the diagnosis of calcaneal fracture rate， worthy of clinical application. 　　[Key words] Calcaneal fracture prone； Axial； DR examination； Diagnosis 　　跟骨骨折[1-3]是骨科中较为常见的骨损伤，在跟骨受到突然的高速的外力时极易导致跟骨骨折。跟骨骨折患者常伴有足底部的剧烈疼痛、肿胀或出现明显瘀斑，给患者带来极大痛苦，严重影响患者的正常生活[4]。由于跟骨结构复杂，剧烈外力作用往往造成较严重的创伤，在治疗前的临床诊断对于患者的治疗具有重要影响。
