Ecadherin和claudin1在宫颈鳞癌中表达关系研究 　　【摘要】 目的 观察宫颈鳞癌组织中E-cadherin和claudin-1蛋白的表达情况,探讨其关系及临床意义。 方法 收集90例宫颈鳞癌标本作为实验组,50例慢性宫颈炎标本作为对照组,应用免疫组织化学技术检测二组中E-cadherin和claudin-1的表达,探讨其关系及临床意义。 结果 宫颈鳞癌中E-cadherin表达的阳性率明显低于宫颈炎组织(P0.05),claudin-1表达的阳性率明显高于宫颈炎组织(P0.05),E-cadherin和claudin-1的表达与临床分期、浸润程度及淋巴结转移密切相关(P0.05),宫颈鳞癌中E-cadherin和claudin-1的表达呈负相关(P0.05)。 结论 E-cadherin和claudin-1在宫颈鳞癌的发生发展中具有重要作用,联合检测E-cadherin和claudin-1可能与宫颈鳞癌的预后密切相关。 　　【关键词】 宫颈鳞癌;E-cadherin;claudin-1;免疫组织化学;预后 　　 　　The expressions and relationship of E-cadherin and claudin-1 in cervical squamous cell carcinoma 　　 　　MENG Qian,MENG Juan. 　　Jining Medical College,ShanDong province,Jining 272013,China 　　 　　【Abstract】 Objective To detect the expressions of E-cadherin and claudin-1 in cervical squamous cell carcinoma, and investigate their relationship and clinical significance in pathogenesis, development in neoplasm.Methods The study included 90 cases of cervical squamous cell carcinoma as experimental group and 50 cases of chronic cervicitis tissues as control group. We analyzed their expressions of E-cadherin and claudin-1 in different pathological character by using the IHC.Results Comparisons of the primary tumors with cervical squamous cell carcinoma and chronic cervicitis tissues showed that there were significant down-regulation of E-cadherin, up-regulation of claudin-1(P0.05). The expressions of E-cadherin and claudin-1 were associated with clinical stage, infiltration degree and lymph node metastasis(P0.05).
