In―Ceram氧化铝全瓷冠用于牙齿美容修复疗效分析 　　[摘要]目的：探讨In-Ceram氧化铝全瓷冠用于牙齿美容修复的临床疗效。方法：选择2013年5月-2015年5月在我院进行牙齿美容修复的患者108例，根据患者的意愿，接受氧化锆全瓷冠牙齿美容修复的48例患者为对照组，接受In-Ceram氧化铝全瓷冠牙齿美容修复的60例患者为实验组。比较两组患者修复后的效果，修复后牙龈炎发生率情况。结果：修复结束后，实验组在修复边缘的色泽、密合度、形态颜色等方面分值显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；实验组60例患者无发生牙龈炎的情况，而对照组有3例出现牙龈炎占6.25%，实验组显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：In-Ceram氧化铝全瓷冠用于牙齿美容修复，不仅能够达到很好的光滑度及外形颜色，具有高强度、高逼真度的优势，且修复后并发症发生率较低，值得临床推广。 　　[关键词]In-Ceram氧化铝；氧化锆；牙齿美容修复；牙龈炎 　　[中图分类号]R783 [文献标志码]A [文章编号]1008-6455（2015）19-0055-03 　　Clinical efficacy of In-Ceram alumina ceramic crowns for dental restoration 　　CAO Yuan-zhi 　　（Department of Stomatology，Qingzhou Rongjun Hospital，Qingzhou 262500，Shandong，China） 　　Abstract： Objective To investigate the clinical effect of In-Ceram alumina ceramic crowns for dental restoration.
