学习―科研―服务三位一体社区实践项目构建研究   [摘要] 目的 构建并实施“学习-科研-服务”三位一体的社区实践项目,培养学生的自学能力、科研能力、社会服务意识和能力。 方法 选择湖南医药学院(以下简称“我校”)大专2010~2013级护理专业学生,采用文献调研、问卷调查和实证研究法,实施“学习-科研-服务”三位一体的社区实践项目,并对教学效果进行同行、学生和社会评价。 结果 ①同行评价:教师认为社区实践活动的开展,有利于发挥学生的学习主动性,有利于学生个性发展;②学生评价:学生在实践中达到知识、技能、素质的提升,提高了自学、科研和服务意识;③社会评价:用人单位对我校毕业生总体评价优秀率为55.60%,良好率为44.40%;44.60%的单位认为我校毕业生均能胜任岗位工作,55.60%的单位认为我校毕业生大部分能胜任岗位工作。 结论 “学习-科研-服务”三位一体的社区实践活动项目的构建与实施,有利于培养学生的社区护理技能和职业素养、自学能力、科研能力、社会服务意识和能力。   [关键词] 学习;科研;服务;社区;实践   [中图分类号] R05 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1673-7210(2015)09(a)-0042-04   [Abstract] Objective To construct and implement projects of learning-research-service, in order to improve the students self-learning ability and the ability of scientific research and social service consciousness and ability. Methods The students from Grade 2010-2013 nursing junior college in Hunan University of Medicine were selected. Literature research, questionnaire survey and empirical research method were used in the research. The practice projects of learning-research-service were constructed and implemented in nursing students and evaluated by the peers, students and social. Results ①Teachers evaluation showed that the learning initiative and personality of the nursing students were developed in practice. ②The nursing students evaluation showed that their knowledge, skills and quality of students were improved in practice, as well as the learning ability, scientific research ability and service consciousness. ③Employers evaluation showed that the excellent rate was 55.60% for the graduates from my school, good rate was 44.40%; 44.60% of the employer units thought the graduates from my school were qualified for the post work, 55.60% were competent for the job. Conclusion The practice activities of learning-research-service are useful for nursing students to improve community nursing skills and professionalism, self-learning ability, the ability of scientific research and social service consciousness and ability.
