三七多糖的安全性评价 　　摘要：目的考察三七多糖（PNP）的毒理学安全性。方法进行急性经口毒性试验；三项遗传毒性试验（Ames试验、骨髓微核试验、小鼠精子畸形试验）；30天喂养试验。结果以最大给药量（剂量为30000 mg?kg-1 W）的样品给予小鼠灌胃后，未见动物有中毒症状，无动物死亡，试验结束解剖动物，大体观察未见异常，急性经口毒性属无毒级；三项遗传毒性试验结果均为阴性；以2670、2000、1335 mg?kg-1 W（分别相当于人体推荐用量100、75、50倍）3个剂量的样品连续给大鼠灌胃30 d，实验期间动物的生长发育良好，各剂量组的动物体重、增重量、进食量、食物利用率、血常规指标、血生化指标、脏器重量及脏器/体重比值与对照组比较，均无显著性差异（P0.05）；大体解剖观察和组织病理学检查未见与样品有关的异常改变。在受试剂量范围内未见该样品对大鼠各项观察指标产生毒副作用。结论三七多糖具有良好的安全性。 　　关键词：三七多糖；安全性；急性毒性；遗传毒性；30天喂养试验 　　中图分类号：R965.3文献标志码：A文章编号：1007-2349（2017）12-0056-05 　　【Abstract】Objective： To study the toxicological safety of Panax Notoginseng polysaccharide （PNP）. Methods： Acute oral toxicity test， three genotoxicity tests （Ames test， bone marrow micronucleus test and mouse sperm abnormality test） and 30 days feeding test were conducted. Results： After the mice were given gavage with the maximal dose （30000 mg?kg-1 W）， no animals were poisoned and no animals were killed. At the end of the experiments， the animals were dissected and no abnormalities were observed. The acute oral toxicity was non-toxic. The three genotoxicity test results were negative. The rats were given gavage with 2670， 2000 and 1335 mg?kg-1 W （respectively equivalent to the weight of human body recommended dose 100， 75 and 50 times） for 30 days. The growth and development of the animals during the experiments were good. Compared with those of the control group， the weight， weight gain， food intake， food utilization， blood index， blood biochemical index， organ weight and organ/body weight ratio of each group with different doses had no significant difference （P0.05）. There were no abnormal changes related to the samples in the gross anatomy and histopathological examination. In the dose range of the samples，the side effects of various indicators of rat toxicity were not seen.
