三维能量多普勒在胎盘植入诊断中的应用价值 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨三维能量多普勒在胎盘植入诊断中的应用价值。 方法 选择2014年3月～2015年6月期间在我院收治临床诊断为穿透性胎盘的患者50例，分别采用二维超声和三维能量多普勒扫描穿透，比较两种检测手段的灵敏度和特异度。 结果 二维超声和三维能量多普勒检测穿透性胎盘的灵敏度、特异度及准确度分别为81.08%、46.15%、72.00%和92.50%、70.00%、88.00%，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 三维能量多普勒诊断穿透性胎盘更优于二维超声，而且三维能量多普勒能够对胎盘血管指数进行分析，具有较高的灵敏度，可为超声前评估提供有力的依据，在早期诊断胎盘植入方面具有良好的应用前景。 　　[关键词] 二维彩超；胎盘植入；三维能量多普勒 　　[中图分类号] R714.4 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2016）02（a）-0108-03 　　Application value of three-dimensional power Doppler in the diagnosis of placenta implantation 　　WEI Bo 　　Department of Ultrasound，Shenyang Women′s and Children′s Hospital，Liaoning Province，Shenyang 110011，China 　　[Abstract] Objective To explore the application value of three-dimensional power Doppler in the diagnosis of placenta implantation. Methods From March 2014 to June 2015，50 patients clinically diagnosed as penetrative placenta were admitted into our hospital，which were scanned by two-dimensional ultrasonography and three-dimensional power Doppler ultrasound respectively.The sensitivity and specificity of two detective means was compared respectively. Results The sensitivity，specificity and accuracy of two-dimensional ultrasonography and three-dimensional power Doppler ultrasound detecting penetrative placenta were 81.08%，46.15%，72.00%，and 92.50%，70.00%，88.00% accordingly，the difference was statistically significant （P0.05）.
