不同体位护理干预在神经外科手术患者中的比较研究 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨不同体位护理干预在神经外科手术患者中的应用效果。方法 选择172例神经外科手术患者为研究对象，采用数字表法随机分为观察组和对照组，观察组患者术中取侧俯卧位，对照组取传统侧卧位。比较两组平均动脉血压、心率、呼吸道压力、并发症及满意度。结果 观察组呼吸道压力明显低于对照组（3.16±0.68 vs 4.42±0.76）kPa；耳廓损伤发生率、臂丛神经损伤发生率及压疮发生率明显低于对照组（3.49% vs 11.63%， 2.33% vs 15.12%， 3.49% vs 13.96%）；医生对体位配合满意度高于对照组（97.67% vs 82.56%）（P0.05）。结论 侧俯卧位护理干预有助于保证手术过程生命体征相对平稳，降低手术并发症，提高手术配合满意度。 　　[关键词] 神经外科手术；侧卧位；侧俯卧位；并发症 　　[中图分类号] R4 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2015）05（c）-0124-03 　　[Abstract] Objective To study the application effect of different body position nursing intervention on patients with neurosurgical procedures. Methods 172 patients with neurosurgical procedures were selected as the subjects and divided into the observation group and control group in accordance with the digital table method. During the surgery， the observation group patients adopted lateral-prostration position， while the control group adopted traditional lateral position. And the mean arterial blood pressure， heart rate， airway pressure， complications and level of satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The airway pressure of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group[（3.16±0.68） vs （4.42±0.76）]kPa； compared with the control group， the observation group had lower incidence of auricular injury（3.49% vs 11.63%）， lower incidence of brachia plexus injury（2.33% vs 15.12%）， lower incidence of pressure ulcers（3.49% vs 13.96%）， higher rate of doctor satisfaction with the body position coordination（97.67% vs 82.56%） （P0.05）.
