不同护理服务模式在临终患者中的应用效果 　　[摘要] 目的 比较家庭照顾模式与社区医院服务模式对临终患者生活质量及满意度的影响。 方法 选取2011年4月～2013年8月在本社区医院接受治疗和护理的24例临终患者作为观察组，选取同期接受家庭照顾模式的24例临终患者作为对照组，采用生活质量核心量表评估患者的生活质量，同时对患者及家属的满意度进行调查分析。 结果 观察组患者的各项生活质量评分均高于对照组（P0.05）；观察组患者及家属的满意度为83.3%（20/24），对照组为54.2%（13／24），观察组的满意度明显高于对照组（P0.05）。 结论 与家庭照顾模式比较，社区医院服务模式可有效提高临终患者的生活质量和满意度。 　　[关键词] 家庭照顾模式；社区医院服务模式；临终患者；生活质量；满意度 　　[中图分类号] R473.2[文献标识码] B[文章编号] 1674-4721（2014）03（c）-0125-03 　　 　　Application effect of different nursing service model in dying patients 　　FAN Li-jun 　　General Profession,Community Health Service Center of Hualin Street of Liwan District in Guangzhou City,Guangzhou 510000 　　[Abstract] Objective To compare the influence of family care model and community hospital service model on dying patients′ quality of life and satisfaction. Methods 24 dying patients who accepted treatment and nursing in our community hospital from April 2011 to August 2013 were selected as the observation group,meanwhile 24 dying patients who accepted family care model were selected as the control group.the scale of quality of life questionnaire-core was applied to assess the patients′ quality of life,and the satisfaction of patients and their families was investigated as well. Results The quality of life score of patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P0.05);the degree of satisfaction of patients and their families in the observation group was 83.3% (20/24),and it was 54.2% (13/24) in the control group (P0.05).
