七氟烷吸入麻醉和丙泊酚全凭静脉麻醉对老年患者肝肾功能的影响 　　[摘要] 目的 比较七氟烷麻醉和丙泊酚麻醉对老年胃肠手术患者肝肾功能的影响。方法 择期胃肠手术患者55例随机分为七氟烷麻醉组、丙泊酚麻醉组。监测术前和术后1 d、3 d患者血清天冬氨酸转移酶、丙氨酸转氨酶、血尿素氮和肌酸酐水平。结果 与术前相比，两组患者AST术后1 d、3 d均升高，S组患者BUN在术后3d有升高，肌酸酐术后1 d和3 d均增加（P0.05）。两组患者ALT及T组患者BUN和肌酸酐手术前后无显著变化（P?0.05）。 结论低剂量七氟烷吸入麻醉和丙泊酚静脉麻醉对老年患者肝肾功能的影响无显著差异。 　　[关键词] 吸入麻醉；全凭静脉麻醉；老年患者；肝肾功能 　　[中图分类号] R614[文献标识码] B[文章编号] 1673-9701（2014）15-0071-04 　　 　　Comparison of hepatic and renal function between inhalation anesthesia with sevoflurane and total intravenous anesthesia with propofol for geriatric patients 　　LI Hongbao1 HE Jianguo2 　　1.Department of Anesthesiology，the Affiliated Hospital of Medical College of Ningbo University，Ningbo 315000， China；2. Department of Anesthesiology，Ningbo First Hospital，Ningbo 315010，China 　　[Abstract] Objective To investigate the influence of different anesthesia method on hepatic and renal function in elder patients under gastrointestinal surgery. Methods Fifty-five patients were randomly divided intopropofol anesthesia groups and sevoflurane anesthesia groups. The hepatic and renal function， aspartate aminotransferase （AST）， alanine aminotransferase （ALT）， blood urea nitrogen （BUN） and creatinine were tested at preoperation （baseline）， postoperative 1 day and 3 days. Results AST was increased at postoperative 1 day and 3 days，compared with that of the preoperation in the Group S and Group T.Serum BUN at 3 day and creatinine at 1 day and 3 days were significantly higher from the preoperative values in Group S（P0.05），but the values were within its normal limit.ALT was not changed after anesthesia in the both groups.And Serum BUN and creatinine were not changed after anesthesia in the T groups（P?0.05）.There were no significant differences in the ALT，AST，BUN and creatinine between the groups（P?0.05）. Conclusion These results show that the changes of hepatic and renal effect after inhalation anesthesia with sevoflurane andremifentanil and TIVA with propofol and remifentanil for gastrointestinal surger
