七氟烷复合瑞芬太尼全身麻醉用于输尿管钬激光碎石术的效果探讨 　　[摘要] 目的 探究在利用钬激光碎石术治疗输尿管结石时采用七氟烷复合瑞芬太尼进行全身麻醉的临床治疗效果。方法 方便选取2013年1月―2016年12月进入该院治疗并被确诊为输尿管结石的患者100例，随机分为两组，其中对照组患者50例，采用传统药物的全身麻醉，观察组患者50例，采用七氟烷复合瑞芬太尼进行全身麻醉，观测患者在治疗时的心电图以及心率、血压、血氧饱和度的以及麻醉苏醒时间、拔管时间院时间，从而评价采用七氟烷复合瑞芬太尼进行全身麻醉在治疗输尿管结石上的应用价值。结果 观察组心率（65.27±3.91）次/min， 血压（77.97±14.12）mmHg、血氧饱和度为96.97%，与对照组比较数据的差异无统计学意义（P0.05）。观察组患者的清醒时间为（7.8±2.1）d，拔管时间为（9.9±2.3）d，短于对照组，比较差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 采用七氟烷复合瑞芬太尼全身麻醉在输尿管钬激光碎石过程中能够缩短患者的苏醒时间以及拔管时间，具有一定的临床治疗意义，值得推广与应用。 　　[关键词] 七氟烷复合瑞芬太尼；全身麻醉；输尿管镜钬激光碎石术；临床效果 　　[中图分类号] R614 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2017）05（c）-0134-03 　　[Abstract] Objective To study the clinical treatment effect of general anesthesia of sevoflurane and remifentanil in ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy. Methods 100 cases of patients with ureteral calculus admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2013 to December 2016 were conveniently selected and randomly divided into two groups with 50 cases in each， the control group adopted the traditional drugs for the general anesthesia， while the observation group adopted the sevoflurane and remifentanil， and the electrocardiogram， heart rate， blood pressure and anesthesia awakening time and tube drawing time were evaluated thus evaluating the application value. Results The heart rate， blood pressure and oxyhemoglobin saturation in the observation group were respectively （65.27±3.91）times/min， （77.97±14.12）mmHg and 96.97%， and the differences between groups were not obvious（P0.05）， and the awakening time and tube drawing time in the observation group were respectively（7.8±2.1）d and（9.9±2.3）d， and the differences between groups were obvious（P0.05）. Conclusion The general anesthesia of sevoflurane and remifentanil in ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy can shorten the awakening time and tube drawing time of patients with a certain clinical treatment significance， and it is worth promotion and application. 　　[Key words] Sevoflurane and remifentanil； General anesthesia； Ureteroscop
