七氟醚对超体重患者全身麻醉术后早期肺功能的影响 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨七氟醚对超体重患者全身麻醉术后早期肺功能的影响。 方法 选取2013年5月～2015年3月本院收治的125例超体重手术患者作为研究对象，随机分为七氟醚组（Sev组）和异丙酚组（P组）。Sev组给予七氟醚，P组给予异丙酚。比较两组不同时间段的血氧饱和度和第1秒用力呼气量（FEV1）、呼气峰流量（PEFR）、用力吸气肺活量（FVC）及低氧血症发生率。 结果 两组T1、T2、T3、T4时的FEV1、PEFR、FVC、SpO2水平显著低于T0，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。Sev组T1、T2、T3、T4时的FEV1、PEFR、FVC水平与P组同时间段比较，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。Sev组T1、T2时间段的血氧饱和度高于P组，低氧血症发生率低于P组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 七氟醚对超体重患者术后早期肺功能的影响较异丙酚轻，临床中对于超体重患者的全身麻醉尽量选择吸入麻醉。 　　[关键词] 异丙酚；麻醉药；吸入；呼吸功能试验；肥胖症 　　[中图分类号] R614.2 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2016）04（c）-0059-03 　　Influence of sevoflurane on early lung function of over-weight patients after general anesthesia 　　LI Li-wei LIU Ming 　　Department of Anesthesiology，Fusha Hospital of Zhongshan City in Guangdong Province，Zhongshan 528400，China 　　[Abstract] Objective To explore the influence of sevoflurane on early lung function of over-weight patients after general anesthesia. Methods 125 over-weight patients with operation in our hospital from May 2013 to March 2015 were selected and randomly divided into the sevoflurane group （the Sev group） and the diprivan group （the P group）.The Sev group was given sevoflurane，the P group was given propofol.The blood oxygen saturation，forced expiratory volume in first second （FEV1），peak expiratory flow rate （PEFR），forced vital capacity （FVC） and the incidence rate of hypoxemia in the two groups in different time periods was compared. Results The level of FEV1，PEFR，FVC，SpO2 in T1，T2，T3，T4 in the two groups was lower than that in T0，with significant difference （P0.05）.There was significant difference in the level of FEV1，PEFR，FVC between the Sev group and the P group （P0.05）.The blood oxygen saturation in the Sev group in T1，T2 was higher than that in the P group，the incidence rate of hypoxemia in the Sev group in T1，T2 was lower than that in the P group，with significant difference （P0.05）.
