不同剂量的厄贝沙坦对冠心病患者血清hs―CRP和颈动脉斑块的影响 　　【摘要】 目的：分析不同剂量厄贝沙坦对冠心病患者血清hs-CRP和颈动脉斑块的影响。方法：选取本院冠心病患者80例，随机分为两组，每组40例。对照组给予厄贝沙坦起初75 mg/d，根据患者血压情况逐渐增加剂量至150 mg/d；观察组给予厄贝沙坦起初75 mg/d，根据患者血压情况逐渐增加剂量至300 mg/d。观察两组患者治疗3个月后血清hs-CRP水平、颈动脉斑块以及血压情况。结果：两组治疗后颈动脉斑块厚度、斑块个数以及斑块面积均较治疗前明显小（P0.01），且观察组在改善颈动脉斑块的厚度、个数以及面积临床效果均明显优于对照组（P0.01）。两组治疗后血清hs-CRP水平以及血压均低于治疗前（P0.01）；治疗后，观察组hs-CRP水平以及血压均低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P0.01）。结论：大剂量厄贝沙坦（300 mg/d）更能够有效降低冠心病患者体内炎症以及改善颈动脉斑块病变严重程度，值得临床应用。 　　【关键词】 冠心病； 厄贝沙坦； 颈动脉斑块； 血清hs-CRP 　　The Effect of Different Doses of Irbesartan on Serum hs-CRP and Carotid Plaque in Patients with Coronary Heart Disease/ZHANG Yan-feng.//Medical Innovation of China，2016，13（33）：034-037 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To analyze the effect of different doses of Irbesartan on serum hs-CRP and carotid plaque in patients with coronary heart disease.Method：80 patients with coronary heart disease in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups with 40 cases in each group.The control group were given Irbesartan 75 mg/d at the beginning and gradually increased to 150 mg/d according to the blood pressure.The control group were given Irbesartan 75 mg/d at the beginning and gradually increased to 300 mg/d according to the blood pressure.The levels of serum hs-CRP，carotid plaque and blood pressure of two groups were observed after the treatment.Result：The thickness，numbers and areas of plaque in two groups after treatment were significantly smaller than those before treatment（P0.01）.After treatment，the thickness，numbers and areas of plaque in observation group were smaller than those in control group（P0.01）.The levels of serum hs-CRP and blood pressures of two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment（P0.01）.After treatment，the levels of serum hs-CRP and blood pressures in observation group were lower than those in control group（P0.01）.Conclusion：Large dose of Irbesartan （300 mg/d） can more effectively relive the severity of inflammation，and improve the severity of carotid plaque，it
