辨证施穴康复对持续性植物状态患者促醒作用研究 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨辨证施穴康复对持续性植物状态（PVS）患者的促醒作用。 方法 选取2014年1月～2015年6月西安市中医医院及西安中医脑病医院收治的60例PVS患者，随机分为观察组和对照组，各30例。两组患者均采用常规治疗和护理，观察组在此基础上采用辨证施穴按摩康复护理，共进行3个疗程。观察并比较两组患者苏醒率、苏醒时间、PVS及日常生活活动能力（ADL）评分。 结果 经3个疗程后，观察组患者苏醒率较高，苏醒时间缩短，总有效率增高，与对照组比较，差异有统计学意义（P 0.05）。两组患者随着疗程增加，PVS、ADL评分逐渐提高，尤以观察组提高更为明显（P 0.05）；观察组患者在1、2、3个疗程时，PVS、ADL评分均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P 0.05）。 结论 PVS患者采用辨证施穴按摩康复护理可有助于患者病情改善，促进意识恢复，提高疗效。 　　[关键词] 持续性植物状态；辨证；穴位按摩；康复；护理；促醒 　　[中图分类号] R473 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1673-7210（2016）05（a）-0170-04 　　[Abstract] Objective To explore the effect of acupoint rehabilitation based on syndrome differentiation in promoting revival for patients with persistent vegetative state （PVS）. Methods 60 patients with PVS in Xian Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Xian Encephalopathy Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2014 to June 2015 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group， each group had 30 cases. The patients of the two groups were treated with conventional treatment and care for 3 courses， and on this basis the observation group was given acupoint massage rehabilitation nursing based on syndrome differentiation. The recovery rate， recovery time， PVS and ADL scores of the two groups were observed and compared. Results After 3 courses of treatment， the recovery rate of patients in the observation group was significantly higher than the control group， the recovery time was significantly shorter， the total efficiency was significantly higher， and the differences were statistically significant （P 0.05）. The patients of the two groups with courses increased PVS and ADL scores gradually increased， especially in the observation group improved more obviously （P 0.05）.
