两种不同护理方法对甲状腺良性肿瘤手术围术期的应用效果比较 　　【摘要】 目的：比较两种不同护理方法在甲状腺良性肿瘤围术期的应用效果。方法：随机抽取本院2014年1月-2016年2月收治的200例甲状腺瘤患者为研究对象，按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组，每组各100例。对照组给予常规围术期护理，观察组在常规护理基础上应用临床护理路径结合快速康复护理模式，观察比较两组临床效果。结果：观察组的健康知识知晓评分和健康指标评分均高于对照组，术中并发症率、镇静评分、疾病认知率、满意度、合理应用抗生素率、术中出血量、术前等待时间、手术时间、住院时间和治疗费用均优于对照组，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：临床护理路径结合快速康复护理模式改善了甲状腺良性肿瘤患者住院情况，提高了手术效率和患者治疗依从性，降低了并发症的发生率，有助于改善患者护理满意度，对甲状腺良性肿瘤患者具有重大意义，值得临床推广。 　　【关键词】 甲状腺癌； 手术； 临床护理路径； 快速康复护理 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To compare the effect of two different methods of nursing applications in benign thyroid perioperative period.Method：200 cases of thyroid cancer treated in our hospital from January 2014 to February 2016 were randomly selected and divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method，100 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing and the observation group received the rapid rehabilitation nursing combined with clinical nursing pathway on the basis of routine nursing，the clinical effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Result：The scores of mastered health knowledge and health condition in the observation group were higher than those in the control group（P0.05）.The occurrence rate of complications， sedation score，awareness of disease，satisfaction，rate of rational antibiotics using，intraoperative blood loss，preoperative waiting time，operation time，hospital stays and treatment costs of the observation group all were better than those of the control group，the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）Conclusion：The rapid rehabilitation nursing combined with clinical nursing pathway model can improve the hospitalized condition and the therapeutic compliance of benign thyroid cancer patients，advance the operation efficiency and satisfaction of patients，reduce the incidence rate of complications，has great signifinance to patients with benign tumor of thyroid and it is worth of being generalized. 　　【Key words】 Thyroid cancer； Surgery； Clinic
