丙泊酚复合氟比洛芬脂在无痛人流手术中的应用 　　[摘要] 目的 研究丙泊酚复合氟比洛芬脂在无痛人流手术中的临床效果及安全性。 方法 整群选择该院2014年6月―2015年3月无痛人工流产的早孕妇女100例，随机分为两组，每组50例。A组丙泊酚复合芬太尼组，静脉注射芬太尼1 ug/kg，5 min后静脉注射丙泊酚2 mg/kg；B组为丙泊酚复合氟比洛芬脂，静脉注射氟比洛芬脂1 mg/kg，5 min后静脉注射丙泊酚2 mg/kg。观察两组麻醉镇痛效果，血压心率变化，呼吸抑制，术后唤醒时间，术后宫缩等参数。 结果 两组静脉用药后，MAP、HR、SpO2均有所下降，组间比较A组SpO2下降比B组明显，差异有统计学意义（P?0.05）。手术中A组呼吸抑制明显多于B组（P?0.05），术后唤醒时间B组明显短于A组，术后宫缩痛控制情况B组优于A组。 结论 丙泊酚复合氟比洛芬脂用于无痛人流手术中，麻醉效果确切安全有效，呼吸抑制减少，术后宫缩痛明显缓解。 　　[关键词] 丙泊酚；氟比洛芬脂；人工流产 　　[中图分类号] R614 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2016）02（c）-0033-03 　　Application of Propofol Combined with Flurbiprofen Axetil in Painless Induced Abortion 　　WEI Hai-bin1， CUI Zhuo-yue2 　　1. Methods 100 women with early pregnancy underwent painless induced abortion in our hospital from June 2014 to March 2015 were selected and randomly divided into two groups， group A （propofol combined with fentanyl group）， and group B （propofol combined with flurbiprofen axetil group） with 50 cases in each. Group A were given intravenous administration of fentanyl 1ug/kg， then propofol 2mg/kg 5 min later. Group B were given intravenous administration of flurbiprofen axetil 1mg/kg， then propofol 2mg/kg 5 min later. The narcotic analgesic effect， changes in blood pressure and heart rate， respiratory depression， postoperative wake-up time， postoperative uterine contraction and other parameters of the two groups were observed.
