中医治疗肠易激综合征的临床观察 　　doi：10.3969/j.issn.1007-614x.2014.19.60 　　摘 要 目的：探究对肠易激综合征患者应用中医治疗的临床效果。方法：2011-2013年收治肠易激综合征患者100例，随机分为对照组与观察组各50例。对照组给予常规西医药物治疗，观察组给予中医治疗。对比两组临床治疗效果及治疗后腹痛、腹胀持续时间和排便次数等各项指标。结果：观察组临床治疗总有效率94.0%，对照组临床治疗总有效率82.0%，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。两组治疗后腹痛、腹胀持续时间明显缩短、排便次数明显减少，而观察组改善程度优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。两组接受治疗过程中均未出现难以耐受的不良反应。结论：对肠易激综合征患者应用中医方法治疗，临床治疗效果较好，且无严重不良反应，安全性较高，值得临床推广。 　　关键词 中医 肠易激综合征 临床疗效 　　Clinical observation of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of irritable bowel syndrome 　　Guo Yaowu 　　Anorectal hospital of traditional chinese medicine in Gushi county，Henan 465200 　　Abstract Objective：To explore the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of irritable bowel syndrome.Methods：100 cases with irritable bowel syndrome were selected from 2011 to 2013.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 50 cases in each.The control group were treated with routine western medicine treatment.The observation group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine treatment.The clinical curative effect and abdominal pain，abdominal distension duration，stool frequency after treatment of patients in the two groups were compared.Results：The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was 94%，and the total effective rate of clinical treatment in the control group was 82.0%.The difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.After treatment，the abdominal pain and abdominal distension duration of patients in the two groups were shortened，and the stool frequency was significantly decreased.The improved degree of the observation group was better than that of the control group，and the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.In the process of the treatment，there was no adverse reaction which difficult to tolerate in the two groups.Conclusion：The traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of irritable bowel syndrome has better clinical curative effect，and no serious adve
