中国糖尿病风险评分在社区糖尿病一、二级预防的应用 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨中国糖尿病风险评分在社区糖尿病一、二级预防的应用，以期为社区糖尿病防治提供参考性理论依据。方法：选取2014年6月-2015年8月在步涌社区健康服务中心体检的763名常住居民作为研究对象，均进行病史采集、体格检查和口服葡萄糖耐量试验（OGTT），根据中国糖尿病风险评分评估糖尿病患病风险，将总分≥25分者设为糖尿病风险组，总分0.05）；糖尿病风险组糖尿病检出率为36.27%，正常组为1.58%，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；A组和B组干预后FPG、OGTT 2 h血糖、HbA1c、LDL-C、糖尿病风险评分均明显较干预前降低（P0.05），且A组降低幅度明显大于B组（P0.05）。结论：中国糖尿病风险评分有助于提高糖尿病检出率，可广泛应用于社区糖尿病预防控制工作中。 　　【关键词】 中国糖尿病风险评分； 糖尿病； 筛查 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To discuss the clinical application of Chinese diabetes risk score in the prevention of community diabetes，in order to provide reference theoretical basis for theprevention and treatment of community diabetes.Method：763 permanent resident were selected as research objects，all research objects underwent thistory taking，physical examination and oralglucose tolerance test（OGTT），and the research objects were divided into diabetes risk group and normal group according to the Chinese diabetes risk score，the biochemical indexs were compared between the two groups.Research object on diabetes risk group were given health education，life style intervention and divided into A group and B group according to whether Chinese diabetes risk score reduced to less 25 scores，Chinese diabetes risk score and blood sugar level before and after intervention were compared between two groups.Result：FPG，OGTT 2 h blood sugar，HbA1c，LDL-C of diabetes risk group were significantly higher than those of normal group（P0.05）.The detection rate of diabetes of diabetes risk group was 36.27%，and 1.58% of normal group，there was statistically significant difference between two groups（P0.05）.FPG，OGTT 2 h blood sugar，HbA1c，LDL-C diabetes risk scores of A group and B group were significantly lower than those before the intervention（P0.05），and A group reduced more（P0.05）.Conclusion：Chinese diabetes risk score can be helpful to improve the detection rate of diabetes，can be widely used in the prevention and control work of community diabetes. 　　【Key words】 Chinese diabetes risk score； Dia
